With the development of society,the country's innovation and development has become an important trend to promote the country's economic development and improve international competitiveness,China's leaders have repeatedly stressed the need to build our country into an innovative country.Colleges and universities,in the development of science and technology in China,plays an important role,is the national science and technology development as well as the mainstay of technological innovation,most of the research results are completed by the University,the University in the state of the whole innovation system is very important,is important for organizations to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the strategy and talent power.The university has become the main force of China's scientific research,scientific research is mainly completed by University Science and technology team,University Science and technology teams in Colleges and universities of science and technology development,and China's development of science and technology plays a very important role,construction of University Science and technology innovation team with innovation is a necessary approach of the development strategy of China's science and technology.Research on management of University Science and technology innovation team in this paper,the mechanism of conflict,mainly through the conflict of science and technology innovation team were analyzed,so as to help the University technological innovation team to realize the essence of the problem existed in the team and team operation,a good foundation for the University team conflict management lay.This study is based on the research of University Science and technology innovation team,conflict mechanism and conflict game theory,analysis of University Science and technology innovation team conflict situation,and then from the game model of two symmetric and two person non symmetric game model,according to the University Science and technology innovation team based on conflict management theory analysis.At the same time,this study takes H University Science and technology innovation team as a case,combined with the actual analysis of the status quo of the team,the causes and types of team conflict.The task and relationship conflict of H science and technology innovation team in Colleges and universities,analyzed the game;from communication,trust and conflict error and other aspects of the H University Science and technology innovation team put forward the relevant suggestion.In a word,the scientific and technological innovation team in Colleges and universities should play the role of self-regulation and managers to promote the normal development of scientific and technological innovation team.
