Study On The Effective Supply Of Artisan Talents In Vocational School

In 2012,the United States implemented the "National Strategic Plan for the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Country",followed by the introduction of the German "Industry 4.0",and also,the United Kingdom proposed “Made in UK 2050”.With advancement of industrialization in the world,in order to adapt to the development trend of the world economy,in May 2015 China issued a "Made in China 2025" project,which will undoubtedly provide a strong basis for the update of China's manufacturing industry.Under the background of "Made in China 2025",it is essential to cultivate a group of middle and high-end technical talents who are skilled,innovative and adaptable of transformation and development of China's manufacturing industry.However,speaking of the current Chinese manufacturing industry talent team,whether in quantity or quality,the talent structure is difficult to meet the needs of social progress.Vocational school,as the main position of technical personnel training,plays an indispensable role in the supply of artisan talents.Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of the supply of artisanal talents in vocational schools,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the supply of artisanal talents in vocational schools through investigation and interviews,and puts forward some suggestions on the effective supply of craftsmen in vocational schools.This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to study the following parts.In the first part,the author reviews the research status,expounds the background and significance,the research methods and the core concepts of the supply of artisan talents in Vocational schools.The second part describes the theoretical basis of the supply of artisan talents in vocational schools according to the theory of talent classification,positive psychology and supply theory.The third part is through the vocational school artisan talent supply and business needs of such personnel survey,reveals the existence of supply school talents occupation craftsmen,such as weak supply strength,low implementation motivation,lack of proper awareness,limited supply of ecological environment etc.The fourth part puts forward a few strategies for the effective supply of artisan-type talents in vocational schools from the aspects of the supply of artisan-style talents,the ecological environment of artisan-style talents,the conditions and structure of artisan-style talents and so on.
