| The new basic education curriculum reform(collectively referred to the new curriculum reform),once again let Chinese teaching theory in junior high school education link up with foreign advanced teaching methods,professional development of teachers not only becomes the focus of domestic reform of teaching among teachers,but also manifests itself with a profound historical significance in the teaching reform of compulsory education in China.The new curriculum reform also put forward a new request to the full-time art teacher in the junior middle school education stage.The full-time teachers of art disciplines should not only become the developers and practitioners of art courses,but also give full play to the cognitive,understanding and creative abilities of art teachers.Junior high school education stage art seminar is a stage for full-time art teachers in-service to engage special activities in continuing learning,the art class under the background of the new curriculum seminar also connects the new educational idea and advanced teaching behavior.The article is based on the seminar teaching activities at the place which is located in Lu'an City,Huoqiu County,aiming at some new problems in the teaching of art seminar activities,further exploring the new educational ideas,planning new teaching content,combined with the new educational concept and new teaching method to solve new problems in the in the process of teaching,thus to build a bridge with inquiry learning for the development of compulsory education full-time art teachers.The research on this topic is of great practical significance.Art seminar activities are ways of self-education for full-time art teachers after joining teaching in junior high school,studying the main content of the subject to the compulsory education stage art classroom teaching,meanwhile studying how to better adapt to the stage of compulsory education for art teacher's common progress in teaching research activities. |
