Humanistic quality is conducive to the harmonious development of society,is the need of the all-round development of secondary vocational students and the inevitable requirement of the new era for skilled personnel.It is an inevitable trend for the development of modern vocational education to improve the students' humanistic quality while cultivating the professional skills of secondary vocational school students,which is the main way to realize the basic educational task of " morality education" in secondary vocational school.The humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students is closely related to their school performance.In order to explore an effective way to improve the humanistic quality education of secondary vocational school students,this thesis takes G school in Guangzhou as the research sample,and takes the students of three grades as the research object,through methods of questionnaire,interview,literature research and so on,taking the specific behavior of students in class,reading,competition,physical exercise and social practice as the breakthrough point,studies the problems and shortcomings of current secondary vocational school students in humanistic quality,and then lays the foundation for further improving the humanistic quality education of secondary vocational school students.By analyzing the three connotations of humanistic quality,which are humanistic knowledge,humanistic behavior and humanistic spirit,and analyzing the reasons for the current behavior of G school students in Guangzhou and the relationship between the behavior and humanistic quality education,this thesis summarizes the specific measures of G school in Guangzhou to promote the humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students by "Five Entrance" Activities,including: guide students to return to their original points into the classroom,consolidate the theoretical and cultural foundation,and thicken the humanistic feelings,with the help of flexible teaching and assessment methods to improve the cultural foundation of students,with the help of Chinese class learning to improve the ability of sorting out fragmented knowledge scientifically,and by letting learning return to its original point,thickening the humanistic details;guide students to return to common sense into the library,form extracurricular reading habits,and master humanistic knowledge,through reading classics to experience the charm and richness of extracurricular reading,enriching reading forms and measures to improve students' reading enthusiasm;guide studentsto compete with training,return to dreams,and shape humanistic spirit,with the help of competition with training to accumulate practical experience and enhance students' self-confidence,target oriented to improve students' awareness of the second class activities;educate students to return to their original desire aspirations and enter the society to realize the sublimation of humanistic spirit,by strengthening the practicality of the course,setting up the goal of practical education,and guiding students to make a good career planning,letting dedication become the main theme of students.This thesis can provide experience for vocational schools to improve the current situation of students' humanistic quality.
