The degree of equality between women and men is one of the important standards of evaluation of the degree of social civilization development,since the founding of the equality between men and women has always been a basic state policy.At the same time,our country the constitution and laws to ensure women shared the equal rights on education,employment and medical treatment with men.Among them,ensuring the equal right on employment between men and women has practical significance for economic development and social progress at present stage of China.But outside of the constitution and the law safeguard of social consciousness,professional quality problem still exists in contemporary enterprise or business,is influenced by traditional ideas,women's right of employment and career development can't be protected sufficiently during management with the obstacles of inherent and traditional concept,which blocked the achievement of women's own value and the accord development of this society.There are still big gaps compared with the developed countries.With the rapid development of the economic globalization,human resource has become the important weight and strategy resource during the intertype competition.Human resource generalists began to be given the role of business partners(HRBP).The selection of the applicants during an interview and the employee's promotion will directly affect the development of the enterprise.But in reality,the part of the enterprise human resource generalists professional consciousness and gender equality is relatively weak,enterprise recruiting candidates and employees' career development,considering the female physiology,history,culture and society,more demanding requirements for women.The obviously become the main occupational gender inequality.For the above problems,this paper tries to through the present situation of literature synthesis and analysis to more detailed understanding of occupational gender equality problem in Chinese enterprises,HRBP as object,through the human resource generalists to take steps to influence and improve the whole enterprise occupational gender equality.The paper in the introduction part describes the background,significance,status quo of the research content and research methods;The main content mainly through five parts are discussed in details,the first,explains the concept of professional gender equality consciousness and respectively from two aspects of cognitive and emotional description of the professional consciousness of gender equality.The second,from the point of view of an occupational gender inequality issue of its specific performance,and analysis of relevant principles.The third,sums up the professional human resource generalists in promoting women play a positive role in the process of gender equality and the possibility of reality.The forth,respectively,from the legal,social responsibility,to the cultivation of human resources,and several aspects discusses the concrete method to eliminate human resource generalists in their countermeasures and Suggestions on gender inequality.The fifth,finally draw the conclusion of this article in three aspects.
