As the promulgated of the policy “on the opinions of Accelerating the development of the Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption” by the State Council,the fitness industry in China faces a inspiring environment,all kinds of social capital enters the sports industry,including fitness industry.The commercial fitness clubs have sprung up,causing the more and more competition in the fitness industry.The core of this competition is manifested in the possession and retention of talents.The future competition is the talent competition,and talent is the most important resources and competitiveness in the process of business development.However,the salary structure of the enterprise directly affects the attraction,reservation and reservation of talents.But there are some problems in the current salary structure in Shijiazhuang commercial fitness clubs.These problems not only restrict the development of enterprises,but also hinder the development of the overall fitness industry in Shijiazhuang.Using the methods of literature study,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the author investigates and analyzes the status quo of the salary structure of the commercial fitness clubs in Shijiazhuang,summarizing the main problems of the current salary structure,and proposing suggestions of reforming the salary structure.First,the salary structure of “ low basic salary and high commission” is adopted in the salary for commercial fitness club membership consultants and personal trainers.The main source of compensation of customer service is the basic wage.The basic salary and commission of each club membership,personal trainer and customer service are different,and there is no scientific and normative standard for their performance appraisal.In order to attract talented people and promote the development of the enterprise,the new established fitness club has a higher proportion of bonus and award for the membership,personal trainer and customer service.Second,consultants are unsatisfied with the basic salary,performance and welfare settings,but with a high degree of satisfaction of commission.While personal trainer has a higher satisfaction of the basic salary,but a lower satisfaction of performance and benefits.Customer service staff have low satisfaction of basic salary,performance and welfare.Third,at present,the salary system of commercial fitness clubs in Shijiazhuang is still not perfect,the provisions of the various parts of the salary is not clear and specific.The salary system and the implementation of the policy of the club is not optimistic,part of the club's salary management system is relatively chaotic,poor implementation,not quantified rewards and punishments standards.Suggestions:First,perfecting salary structure of consultants,adding technology award and attendance award;Second,perfecting salary structure of customer server,increasing the satisfaction assessment,and the assessment of teaching quantity and quality to avoid the curriculum backlog;Third,in the pay structure of the fitness club,while ensuring the country's statutory benefits,as far as possible to increase other welfare projects,such as transportation,communication,food,training,etc..
