The key competencies are the new requirement for talented people in the knowledge economy and information age.The education pointed to the key competencies is the common pursuit of all countries and regions in the world.The development of Chinese students' key competencies,specific to curriculum reform,requires that each subject establish key competencies systems of every period based on the nature of the basic education disciplines.The Chinese key competencies are the key competencies of the subject,which are the important part of the development of Chinese students' key competencies.Chinese lesson is also an important position for cultivating the key competencies of students.The Chinese key competencies are the central issue of the developing high school Chinese curriculum criterion,which scholars have put forward their own understandings.Why is it necessary to develop the Chinese key competencies,what are the Chinese key competencies,and how to implement the Chinese key competencies for Chinese education,which are the urgent problem to be solved at present? This paper aims at revealing the objective need of developing the Chinese key competencies,determining the structural system of the Chinese key competencies,finding the practical function of the Chinese key competencies,and making my personal contribution to the study of the Chinese key competencies.During the study,firstly,review the reform and development course of the Chinese educational goals;reveal the necessity and progressive of the Chinese key competencies,so that the Chinese key competencies can have a foothold.And then clarify the intension of the Chinese key competencies,explore the constitute elements and structural relationships based on the existing research results,and open the mysterious veil of the Chinese key competencies.Finally,according to the Chinese curriculum theory,from the curriculum criterion,teaching materials compilation,Chinese teaching to the evaluation mechanism,step by step,let the Chinese key competencies to be implemented.The main body of the paper is comprised of the following three parts:The first part traced the Chinese key competencies.The paper analyzes the limitations of Chinese knowledge and Chinese ability as the target concept of curriculum,and points out the "extensive Chinese" and "non-Chinese" problem that caused by "Chinese literacy",clarifies the relationships between the key competencies and quality education together with three-dimensional targets.Through this part's excavations,we have arrived at the historical necessity and real progress of the Chinese key competencies.The second part puts forward the structural system of the Chinese key competencies.Analysis the connotation and basic characteristics of the Chinese key competencies,discuss the constitute elements and structural relationships of the Chinese key competencies.Through the discussion of this part,we come to that the Chinese key competencies is consists of "one body",namely "linguistic performance",and "two wings",namely "literary aesthetic" and "cultural understanding",which the relationships among three elements are mutual influenced and complemented each other.The third part points out the reality orientation of the Chinese key competencies.The paper studies on the existing requirements and the problems of curriculum criterion,teaching materials compilation,Chinese teaching and evaluation mechanism,which are based on the Chinese key competencies.Through the elaboration of this part,we concluded that the key and difficult points on the implementation of the Chinese key competencies,which must be solved through concerted efforts by the relevant persons of Chinese education.In short,the paper hopes to help Chinese teachers on the frontline deepen the understanding of the Chinese key competencies,as well as make elicitation for the teaching which developed the Chinese key competencies of students.
