The Case Study On Successful Startup Of Normal Graduates From Hebei Normal University

With the development of economy,employment options of college graduates became increasingly diversified.,especially self-employed chosen by more and more graduates.While many students know little about self-employed and fail,it is essential to research on factors affecting self-employed of normal graduates.So that it can guide graduates to do their business.Successful startups of normal graduates from Hebei Normal University provides a case study in this paper.They are analyzed by document method,interview method and case study method.Dimensions affecting self-employed can be get from characteristic and environment by theoretical analysis and in-depth interview.We also study the common characteristics and environment that help graduates succeed.The research results that can guide graduates do their business are follows:(1)Characteristics and environment of normal graduates from Hebei Normal University are designed.Firstly,research methods including document method,in-depth interview and case study method are chosen according to research subject.After that,we determine the objects of study.The objects of study in this paper are fit,representative,peculiar.Then we design the outline of interview for in-depth interview.Finally,we organize and analyze the record message and information.We also discuss the methodology from validity and ethic.(2)We choose the characteristics and environment of successful normal graduates as research perspectives in this paper.Successful startups are chosen as the research subject.We analyze and organize the common characteristics and environment that help graduates succeed from career consciousness,learning ability,perseverance,adaptive ability,national policy,startup training,enough money and entrepreneurship education based on refining and analyzing the successful case.Each case include four stage: prepare,start,persist and succeed.(3)According to the above analysis,we give some corresponding advises on something to improve the success rate including career consciousness,learning ability,perseverance,adaptive ability,national policies,entrepreneurship education,startup training and financing channels.
