In recent years,China's higher education has entered a stage of rapid development.In the process of higher education development,China's social and economic development is also in transition,and it has always affected the development of higher education,specifically the economic system reform and economic development to promote democratization and popularization of higher education.The development trend of higher education has led to the multidimensional change of its internal management system and the need for further reform.These changes and needs have been and will inevitably lead to institutions within the institutions of the various parties to the institutions of higher education institutions of different interests of the demands.Whether our country can meet the development requirements of various interest groups in colleges and universities,which involves the important management of coordinating the relationship among various interest groups in colleges and universities.This paper discusses how to maintain the balance between student needs and the development of colleges and universities in the background of higher education transformation from the perspective of students' participation in university governance.The traditional university governance model can not meet the needs of today's economic and social development.How to adapt the students to the university governance in the new social environment is the urgent problem that the university managers need to think and solve.China's public colleges and universities belong to public institutions,and its operation mainly relies on government funding.For a long time,government management system has been used for a long time.The characteristics of bureaucracy are obvious,teachers and students are in the long-term management role,and the internal administrative power of colleges and universities is generally higher than academic power,and The operation of administrative power is lack of necessary supervision and control for a long time,and the operation mechanism of power runs is not institutionalized.This paper consists of five parts.The first part of the article through a large number of access to literature,organize domestic and foreign scholars to participate in university governance research status quo,to understand the students involved in the history of university governance,participation in the system and participation in the influence.After discussing the ideas of the research method,the paper discusses the theoretical basis of the students' participation in the university governance-the student development theory and the multi-center governance theory.The second part is based on the background of the governance transformation in colleges and universities,and analyzes the feasibility of public college students' participation in governance from the realistic background and existing basis.The process of democratization and popularization of higher education has stimulated students' participation in the governance of colleges and universities,and the support of the state and the university has made the students participate in the university governance more practical significance.The third part of the two colleges and universities in Henan Province,conducted a questionnaire survey,through data analysis focused on students to participate in the status of university governance and the existing problems.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of students' participation in governance in American,British and German universities.The advanced experience of public college students in western developed countries is inspired by our country,and our public universities can learn from their advanced experiences.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding measures for the problems shown in the questionnaire survey data,and comprehensively improves the students' participation in the three angles from the national,the university and the students so as to promote the process of the participation of the students in public colleges and universities in our country and promote the development of public colleges and universities in our country.Balanced development.
