The nature of com pulsory education determines that the developm ent of compulsory education m ust be balanced,but there are m any problems in its development process,especially the unbalanced development of compulsory education.Teachers as the key to e ducational resources,the mobility is related to the stability of the teaching staff,but also the key to promote the balanced developm ent of compulsory education.To ensure the relative coordination of teachers in the region and solve the problems in the m obility process,so that the m obility of teachers can be carried out smoothly.Promoting the professional development of teachers,optimizing the school teacher m anagement,achieving balanced development of com pulsory education are of great significance.This paper m akes an in-depth in terview on the four teachers of compulsory education by grasping the relevant literatu re,such as the presen t situation of the mobility of teachers in compulsory education at the present stage.Understand ing the role of th e mobility of teachers in th e balanced development of com pulsory education,dug up the h idden problems in the process of entire teachers' mobility,and make some suggestions and measures for reference in solving the problem of teachers' mobility of compulsory education in our country for the next step.The text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introductory part,which includes three aspects.This paper mainly introduces the research background,combing the progress of related research at home and abroad.The theoretical and practical significance of this thesis,the research ideas and the m ain research m ethods are used to define som e basic concepts to be mentioned and used in this paper.The second and th ird part is the in-depth interviews with the f our mobility of teachers in the com pulsory education.T o understand the reason of th e mobility of teachers;the work and life change s in mobility of before a nd after;th e thinking of mobility in the proces s and the v iews of the m obility.To understand the current working life and the reasons of non-mobile teachers.The fourth part m ainly includes the current imbalance between urban and rural areas of teachers,b ecause they are lack of management mechanism and professional development opportunities,differences in urban and rural school students,the choosing utilitarian tendency of the teachers' mobility is serious,the new values and outlook on development and family factors affect and restrict the teachers' mobility.The fifth part is suggestions and reflections of the problem,mainly including four aspects.In policy level,to play a guiding role in the policy of teachers in the mobility of compulsory education,includ ing the im provement of teach er mobility system,improve the teacher ap pointment mechanism,and establish a sound com pensation system;to im prove the im plementation of urban and rural com pulsory education funding mechanism.In school level,it invo lves strengthening the people m anagement,to create a good educational environm ent;to strengthen the school' s human management;to build a good school atm osphere;to improve the importance of rural young teachers and so on.In teacher level,to play the role of teachers and their o wn strength,including the positive ch anges in the values of teachers;to im prove the overall and moral sense quality of teachers so that effectively improve the social status of teachers and so on.In economic level,continuing to increase the investment in rural schools;appropriately to improve the teachers' wages in rural and weak school and so on.
