Zhu xi is one of the southern song dynasty period educator,thinker and philosopher,in peace,on the basis of predecessors' education ideas,combined with their decades of experience in education practice and education reform,formed its own unique ideas of education,his education thought had a profound influence on later generations.This article obtains from the research of zhu xi "humanistic education",and then discusses our country the problems existing in the contemporary Chinese teaching.This paper mainly divided into three parts:The first part,mainly the study of zhu xi "humanistic education" concept.Zhu xi's concept of "humanistic education" mainly through his education content and education method,he in view of different ages of the students' body and mind development characteristic,zhu xi made the different education content,the main content of the elementary school on children's etiquette and ethics of these two aspects,the content of the university teaching mainly composed of "cultivate one's morality,treat people".In order to make the biggest impact on the content to the student,zhu xi when teaching students in a certain order to complete the analysis of the text itself,in the process of students to analysis of the text,he will be timely to give students inspiration and correct,so that the students on the basis of independent thinking and the teacher guide,acquire knowledge,improve themselves,to understand its own unique value and significance.The second part,mainly analyzing the current situation of contemporary Chinese education.In the process of education,because the schools and parents to score the excessive attention,leading to the teacher in the reading teaching of knowledge imparting,light humanistic interpretation;In the process of writing teaching,only pay attention to the training of the test template,neglecting the students express true feelings;Knowledge leads to a lot of young students and have a lot of books,but lack even the most basic moral quality.The third part,this chapter the author mainly from zhu xi "humanistic education" concept,is not good for Chinese teaching in the above phenomenon,put forward some improvement Suggestions,namely,man's all-round development should be good for first,the moral education are connected to the people's sustainable development education,teachers inteaching should pay attention to the penetration of humanistic and humanistic osmosis should respect students' individual differences.Expect teachers to draw lessons from the essence part of zhu xi in the humanistic education idea,our Chinese education development to focus on people-oriented,full of human nature,pay attention to students' physical and mental development of creative disciplines.
