The module of “cultural life” set up in high school is with the development of times,in accordance with the development of students body and mind.Inquiry learning method applied in “cultural life” effectively in high school teaching made a significance in theory development and practical application.Inquiry learning method make effective supplement to tell-listen learning method,its essence is the independent construction of students' knowledge following teachers' guidance.By the method of literature documentation and questionnaire survey etc,it discovered that it's not optimistic for inquiry learning method in the high school“culture life” teaching,implementation effect is not done well.The effectiveness of the application of the inquiry learning method in high school “cultural life” could update teaching concept of teachers and students,arousing students' interest,innovative teaching methods,make great progress for teachers and students in the end.In practical teaching,it is suggested that we should on the basis of the three relations,insist four principles and four strategies.Four principles embodied in the problem set,following the principle of the unity of interest and value,and to explore the implementation,following the“dominance of teachers” and students “main body” principle,to explore the combination of the results,following the principle of combination of openness and democracy,and the evaluation of the teaching,following the development and the principle of combining process four aspects.Four strategies lies in creating a good learning environment and stimulating students' inquiry interest,changing ideas and improving teachers' professional quality,guiding students to active learning and improving the students' literacy,establishing incentive mechanism,and building multivariate evaluation system from four aspects.Three relationship must be clear,the first is the relation between the exploring the process and exploring the results,the second is the relationship between textbooks materials and the current event hot spot,the third is the relations between the inquiry-based learning method with other methods of learning.The explore is endless,we must keep pace with The Times,update the application research on inquiry learning method in high school “cultural life”teaching,in order to promote the all-round development of teachers and students.
