With the new curriculum reform process of the 21st century, requirement focus on the development of each student, in high school ideological and political teaching of "cultural life" status is also more and more important, the development of moral education for the students lay a solid foundation. But for a long time, high school ideological and political teaching in our country mainly use the traditional way of teaching infusion dominated by teachers, students passively accept the way already cannot satisfy the requirement of new curriculum reform the new era of all-round development of students. Therefore, to explore effective teaching methods in the new curriculum reform is urgent. Case teaching method is favored in the background to become teachers, teaching methods. Case teaching method have been trying to apply to the teaching of various fields, especially the teaching of the "cultural life", but in the current situation, the effect is not very good. So how to effectively apply the case teaching method in ideological and political teaching in cultural teaching, is the most worth exploring.Case teaching method in our country is still in the initial stage of exploration research but it is of great value in the education of, especially in the teaching of the "cultural life", because of the teaching material content are mostly dull, the traditional "cramming" teaching method has already can’t meet the requirements of students to learn knowledge, in the "cultural life" teaching, the teacher through typical case establishment situation, let students be able to put yourself in the analysis and exploration, collaboration, and reflect on, and find the answer to solve the problem, understand the true essence of knowledge, and thus to obtain knowledge and promote the internalization of knowledge, and in the process, exercise and improve the students’ability to analyze and solve problems. The effective use of case teaching, combine the theory and practice, to achieve the requirements of the new curriculum reform, promote the thought political lesson teaching to achieve the goal of three-dimensional is of essential significance and value.Full text is divided into three parts altogether. The first part is mainly about the definition and characteristics of case teaching and the teaching of the "cultural life" the value of using case teaching method introduced in detail. From different perspectives made to define the connotation of the case teaching, illustrates the purpose of the case teaching method is more clear, diversified results, profound enlightening, take the student as the standard, practical and true objectivity and so on six big characteristic, also analysis in combination with the "cultural life" curriculum teaching practice of case teaching method apply value.The second part of the present high school "cultural life" teaching the application of the present situation of the case teaching method is analyzed, combining with the concrete teaching case of "cultural life" by using case teaching method in teaching the highlight analyzed the main problems, these problems mainly include the confused with, for example the teaching case teaching, case selection is not just When, lack of case material database, case writing there is no uniform standard, improper time control on the implementation of case, the teacher failed to jump out of the "force-feeding" teaching model, case teaching effect and student achievement and teacher performance is difficult to link and so on six big specific issues.The third part is the key part of the article. This paper mainly discusses the case teaching method in the teaching of the "cultural life" effective use of the implementation of the strategy. Rendered in accordance with the preparation before class, class case, analysis of classroom teachers and students to discuss and exchange, reflection and evaluation between teachers and students after class and so on four stages of case teaching in the "cultural life" effective use the basic mode of construction.
