Education is a social phenomenon that is unique to mankind.Good education can guide people to participate in socialization,enhance their ability and continuously adapt to pressure coming from the society.China has always been attaching importance to education and examination,since the imperial examination of Sui and Tang Dynasties and evolved to this day.Although education,can provide people with opportunity of the promotion and the improvement of their own capabilities,in return,it requires people to pay corresponding efforts and take up challenges possible.Peoplein every stage of growth will face different tasks of development,and encounter a variety of growing pressures.However,only a smooth transition in the next stage can help them to obtain healthy development.Young people are experiencing the transition from school age to puberty in the middle school stage.They arrive at the second zenith of the growth and development after the infancy.Their physiological and psychological changes are significant in the period of the confusion of self-identity and role-playing.Family,school,peer groups and other factors have much to do with the formation of pressure originating from high school-entering.Study is both an important event and an important turning point in the student's career.Whether they can succeed in school-entering will directly affect child's learning environment and learning motivation.At present,school social work is not fully popular in China,except those areas and regions given better improvement to social work have been relatively perfect.In the inland areas,mostly of the forms are short-term projects,social workers and school educators cooperate with each other and actively explore the important meaning of school social work involved in the growth of young people.They rationally utilize the role of social workers to provide help to the students facing great pressure of examination,which can also accumulate practical experience of great value in the development of immature areas' social work.The study takes junior high school graduates of Huangshan H middle school as the object of the research,from which the structure is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the emergence of the topic,this part of the entire paper set the research tone.The second part is a summary of the literature,mainly for the current domestic and foreign social work involved in the issue of school students to study the classification of the relevant research summary.From the current scholars to sum up the achievements of the study and in some aspects of the study is still inadequate,and put forward the significance of the study.The third part mainly analyzes and summarizes the reasons of junior college graduates' attendance pressure and reasons why their individual and the ecosystem are easy to form entrance pressure.In the fourth part,the author introduces the social work intervention method of"prevention type","therapeutic type" and "development type",and discusses the advantages of social work intervention.The fifth part elaborates two theoretical models of "crisis intervention mode" and"rational emotional behavior mode" and analyzes the application in case service and focuses on the process evaluation,summarizes and analyzes the problem in the process of social work and puts forward constructive advice.The sixth part shows the types of social group work in detail.Supported by Cooley's "looking-glass self" theory,Bandura's "social learning" theory,strengths perspective and empowerment theory,the author designs logical and interesting group activities to promote the development of students' comprehensive ability.This study originated from practice by the combination of theory,the author hope it can help students to master the ability of self-control and self-adjustment in different states and environments.On this basis,it explores the construction of the benign learning environment which is an interaction consisting of students,family and school so that graduates are likely to face the examination more easily.In the process of practice combining with the relevant theory,the author also desires to explore a feasible social work service model which is more suitable to deal with the pressure from those graduate students and provide political recommendations to the government who buy school social work services.
