In this paper,based on the J community in C, with the assistance of communitystaff, one-on-one interviews with community college entrance examination candidatesparents, on this basis, with the same anxious parents form a group, and then carefullyconsider their demands, thus for these needs to establish the service plan andimplement. This article from the perspective of social work, the social workprofessional theory as the support, the group mutual model, the integrated use ofprofessional social work skills, provide the information needed for the members of thegroup, teach they to learn mental relaxation techniques, to explore parent-childrelationship problems, so as to achieve remission for crew brought by children thepsychological pressure of college entrance examination.The study found,the college entrance examination for every student, no doubt isa key turning point, the so-called Hanchuang decades, just look at the college entranceexamination this. However, the college entrance examination is not only their owninfluence candidates, parents are concerned, these are all parents’ wish. Foundthrough the survey to some parents, parents also widespread worry and anxiety,although the specific concerns of each are not identical, but the J community in C asan example,basically have the following five concerns: the partial science concernson the college entrance examination, final result concerns, the voluntary reportingconcerns,the parent-child relationship concerns and concerns about the economicproblems during the period of university.This article mainly the preparatory period, include group activitiesimplementation stage and the later evaluation summary, reflection. Activities of thepreparatory period, the group properties group members, group goals are introduced in detail, to carry out the activities of thorough preparation. In the group stage, the sixprocess of group activities were recorded and evaluated, providing reference toevaluate every time for the next team service plan, make the service more practical,can better meet the needs of members. In the final stage of the summary, is the overallevaluation to the group activity, think about its advantages from group activitiesthroughout the development situation and existing defects, hope to be able to carry outactivities similar to provide some experience for reference.Through the research, draws the following conclusion. The college entranceexam candidates parents have moderate pressure is normal, but more than the normalrange of pressure is the need for counseling. Although the group practice this time theprocess still exist many problems, but to ease the psychological pressure of collegeentrance examination candidates parents did have the effect. This time the teamactivities ease the psychological pressure of the team members, provide teammembers need help,promote the connection between the members and teach themhow to correctly live with their children, and together to easily face the collegeentrance examination. In addition, it also can be seen, social work is on people’s livesplay an increasingly important role. Of course, to play such a role is a gradual process.
