In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on the senior high school entrance examination,the students of the senior high school entrance examination are also facing more and more pressure from themselves,parents,and schools.The expectation of parents to become Jackie Chan,the students' desire for their own talents,and the pursuit of the school's enrollment rate in the school,have made the students of the senior high school students struggle with a string of achievements in their studies,and they are under tremendous academic pressure.Through field research,the author found that junior high school students generally showed a state of exhaustion.As the senior high school entrance examination approached,their sense of powerlessness and helplessness increased day by day,and individual students even appeared to be depressed.This paper is based on the social work carried out by social workers involved in the practical study of the students' academic stress.The study found that by integrating the existing psychological counselors,the third-grade class teacher team,and the team work and group psychological counseling methods to carry out stress counseling services,it can help effectively alleviate the academic pressure of the students in the senior high school entrance examination and improve their ability to learn from the students.Based on the practice of cognitive behavioral therapy theory and social learning theory,this paper analyzes the types of academic pressure and its causes through the questionnaire survey and interviews.It is concluded that the students in the senior high school entrance examination are affected by their own factors,parents,schools and so on.The impact of the aspect has led to an increase in pre-test pressure.Among them,the lack of personal knowledge of the test and the lack of reasonable pressure release methods have become the main source of stress for the students in the senior high school.After integrating the human resources of “Psychological Counselor +Class Teacher”,school social workers form a social work intervention with social workers as the core and social work methods as the “soul” by integrating the “group work + group psychological counseling” method.The student's academic stress-discipline mode,through which the pressure-conducting service for 504 juniorhigh school students in C school is carried out.According to the preliminary questionnaire survey,combined with random interviews and the students' satisfaction survey of the senior high school entrance examination,it is concluded that the academic stress counseling model of the senior high school students under the intervention of social workers can effectively alleviate the academic pressure of the senior high school entrance examination,consolidate the peer support network and enhance the students' self-stress ability.The full text is composed of six parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and research significance of the paper,the related literature overview and research design,mainly introduces the theoretical support,research methods and ideas of the thesis.The second part is based on the preliminary questionnaire and interviews,and analyzes the causes,types and performance of the academic pressure of the senior high school students.The third part is about the model analysis of the "social worker + psychological counselor +class teacher" model involved in the academic stress of the students in the entrance examination.The fourth part is the application of the new model of social workers in C school.The fifth part is the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of social workers' intervention in the stress-discipline mode after practice.The sixth part is the summary of this article and related recommendations.
