The Research On Function Promotion Of Social Work Institutions Participating In Social Governance In The Background Of "Interaction Between Government And Community"

In the period of social transformation in our country,with the development and vicissitude of society,social demand and social problems have also undergone new changes.In the past,"social management" has been unable to meet the new requirements of social development.From "social management" to "social governance" is the foundation of establishing new social governance innovation pattern.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party put forward the principle of "perfecting the institutionalized mechanism of urbanization and healthy development,persisting in taking the road of new urbanization with Chinese characteristics,promoting urbanization with human core and promoting the coordinated development of large and medium-sized cities and small towns." Construction is based on innovative social governance mechanism.Therefore,the innovation of social governance mechanism has become a difficult problem to be solved.In the "interaction between government and community"background,to explore a new path of social governance.Social work is based on a certain value concept as a guide,the use of professional methods,with strong practical "to solve the problem,to meet the needs of" professional work.With the further development of localized social work,social work institutions to undertake the government more and more social management functions,in the innovation of social governance mechanism plays a pivotal role.Based on the policy background of T City's " interaction between government and community ",this paper makes a thorough understanding of the basic situation of the QH organization on the basis of the semi-structured in-depth interviews with the Director General and the Social Worker of the QH Institution,using the literature method,the participatory observation method and the interview method,This paper mainly discusses the internal environment of the QH organization and combs its external relations.It mainly explores the projects that have been carried out since the establishment of the QH institutions,as well as the functional role in the participation of grassroots social governance:improving parent-child relationship,from family harmony to society To promote the development of social development;Fourth,young people's gas stations,improve the comprehensive quality of young people;Fifth,the combination of theory and practice to enhance the level of professional services;Third,the promotion of social stability,Sixth,pay attention to professional social worker training,towards the professional road.
