With the progress of society,the development of science and technology,we focus on education and life quality of the era,special education has attracted more and more attention,hearing-impaired children as part of special education objects,although there are physiological defects,but education is fair to everyone,they also have the right to have the obligation to accept good Education,to realize their own value,which is not only the need of social development,but also the education concept of people oriented,equal treatment of every student.Hearing-impaired children due to physiological defects,easily lead to the emergence of a series of psychological problems,to educate them to pay special attention to theirphysical and mental health,only have psychological health in order to create a healthy outlook on life,values and outlook on life,and music education can promote the development of its advantages on the current international mental health.Special children music education has been widely attention,but China is a weak link,especially in music education,the slow development of hearing-impaired children.From the special foundation of music education theory,to explore the strengthening of China's hearing-impaired children music education forms and methods to promote the development of deaf children's music education.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance,current situation of domestic research.The second chapter mainly discusses the necessity of music education and other special problems of hearing-impaired children.The third chapter is mainly about the current development of music teaching for hearing-impaired children the investigation and analysis,pointed out the existing problems at present.Through the use of teaching materials,teachers,teaching content of music for hearing-impaired children,the results of the survey of several aspects of this method to understand the current status of hearing-impaired children's music education.The fourth chapter is about the strategies to improve the teaching level of deaf children thinking about music.According to the current existence of hearing-impaired children in music teaching problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to better promote the development of deaf children's music education.
