Junior high school curriculum management is the last phase of the nine year students who receive compulsory education,it is also the golden period for the students who receive basic education.It implements a full range of basic education reform,it promotes education reform comprehensively with coordinated development of social economy,it is also the purpose of education,is also the implementation of the 13th Five-Year plan and improve the teaching quality of junior high school security.Good Junior high school curriculum management helps students to accept diverse curriculum knowledge,promote students' all-round development,help to improve the teachers' awareness of school curriculum management,promote the professional development of teachers' occupation,help to achieve the goal of school education in the new era,to meet the needs of the development of students' overall diversification.Therefore,it is a great practical significance to study the curriculum management in junior high school.In this paper,it uses the theory of behaviorism,learning organization theory and management theory as the theoretical basis,from the management perspective,we selects the Binhai New Area junior high school of Tianjin city curriculum management administrators as the research object of this paper,it uses literature,questionnaire and interviews survey methods on research of the status of junior high school curriculum management.It is analyzed by the content of the interview and classify summary,understands the status of junior middle school curriculum management,explores curriculum management consciousness,the junior high school curriculum management power,curriculum management and operation,the junior high school curriculum management reform,expounds the existing junior high school curriculum management problems and deficiencies,discusses reasons and proposes the strategy,provides references for similar research and school curriculum management.This paper consists of three parts,the first part of the study,it introduces the research necessity and objective on curriculum management of junior middle school,and collect curriculum management relevant data,and analysis,explore the previous research achievements on the curriculum management,leads to the problem.The second part,on the basis of previous research,put forward the theoretical basis of this study,the formation of the study,through literature review,analysis of the research on school curriculum management orientation of the recent research paradigm.In the third part,this paper describes the current situation of junior high school curriculum management in Binhai New Area.Finally,on the basis of the research,this paper discusses the discussion and strategy of the school curriculum.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The school curriculum management has a better understanding of the curriculum management consciousness,but lacks of the curriculum management behavior.2.The responsibility of school curriculum management is the main factor that restricts the active participation and creative curriculum management of school teachers.3.The school curriculum management is based on the teaching management,and the curriculum management is guided by the test results of the students.4.The school lacks of perfect school curriculum management system,teachers' Curriculum Behavior and professional development can not be effectively protected.5 The aim of school curriculum management is to pay attention to the efficiency of curriculum implementation and ignore the comprehensive development of students' comprehensive quality.6.School curriculum management reform is based on school-based curriculum management reform,lacks of comprehensive curriculum management.This paper suggests:1.strengthen the awareness of curriculum management in junior high school,and to clarify the responsibilities of managers and participants.2.reform the vertical management of junior middle school to the flat management.3.establish the autonomy of the junior middle school curriculum administrators.4.clear junior middle school curriculum management content system,play the role of curriculum management to promote the education management.5.junior high school curriculum management implements the people-centered,to achieve the function of the center.
