| The ministry of education’s comments on the comprehensively deepening curriculum reform and accomplishing the fundamental task of moral education(hereinafter referred to comments)puts forward that the most essential purpose of current basic education is to cultivate students’ core ethics.The cultivation of primary mathematics is closely related to the teacher’s profession.Guidelines for improving and strengthening the homework management of primary and secondary schools issued by the Department of Education of Zhejiang province come up with several suggestions.For example,elementary and secondary schools should strengthen the layout and management of homework,implement the correction and feedback of homework,and intensify the control and inspection of homework.Teachers are faced with new challenges of improving their professions and assigning homework in the new stage of education.Therefore,this essay surveyed the status quo of assignments in primary schools.Researches and analysis have been done to figure out how to improve the assignments management.In order to well understand the current status of math assignment in primary school,a study formulates questionnaire and interview topic outline about the current situation of primary school mathematics teachers’ homework assign literacy investigation and its improving countermeasures.According to the data collected from the questionnaire and the interview transcripts with three representative teachers,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the present situation of the primary school mathematics teachers’ homework assign literacy,analysis the reasons behind and find the promotion strategies.This paper found that the current situation of primary school mathematics teachers’ homework assign literacy has the following characteristics: awareness of homework assigning is not comprehensive enough without sufficient attention;teachers pay attention to students’ knowledge and ability in the homework assign but ignore the student’s interest,experience and the development of core quality;single channel assign,less teacher’s self-reflection;teacher often fight a lone battle with lowutilization of outside resources;homework feedback form is single and there are following the prescribed order and jerry-build phenomenon;homework assigning is mainly based on teachers,while considering less about students,parents and peer groups.Low quality of primary school mathematics teachers’ homework assign is the reason why the primary school mathematics teachers’ homework assign have these features in present situation.The paper argues that we could promote the primary mathematics teachers’ homework assign by following methods: first and foremost,primary school mathematics teachers should strengthen their own homework assign learning and pay more attention to the development of teacher’s core quality all the time.In addition,the school teaching management departments should add the content to improve the quality of homework assign in preparing and teaching activities,at the same time strengthen the supervision system of the assign in the routine construction.Lastly,we should add some related content which help teacher improve their homework assign ability in teachers’ post training,and add the curriculum related to the quality of homework assign in Teacher Education. |
