The ideological and political classroom management as a topic,has attracted experts and scholars,teachers and other people care and concern.Because classroom management issues involved in complex,diverse,and different scholars of different,therefore,in the academic community has not yet formed a systematic and general understanding of the classroom based on the management problems.Many experts and scholars,on the basis of teachers' classroom management problems processing experience,wisdom and principles,and combining the investigation of high school teachers and students,from the analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political classroom management,summed up the existing problems,to explore the cause of the problem,put forward four dimensions feasible the coping strategies of the effectiveness of the ideological and political classroom management makes a thorough inquiry.First of all,from the current situation of Ideological and political classroom management,both teachers and students on the current situation of Ideological and political classroom management current expressed dissatisfaction.Teachers think that poor students are the main reasons for the poor effect of classroom management.Teachers will focus more on time to finish the teaching task in the can,in order to save precious time for teaching this leads to the deviation of teachers in the management concept and behavior;most of the students in the boring classroom atmosphere do not feel happy,teacher-student relationship is a bit nervous.Students are not satisfied with the teacher dull,dull teaching,teachers don't love serious management.Secondly,according to the existing Yancheng City Jianhu County three high school ideological and political class management problems,draw the following conclusions: first,ideological and political teacher classroom management due to the lack of theoretical guidance and practical training,there "re control in management behavior,tendency of light guide";second,classroom management efficiency happens.The teacher-student relationship is not harmonious enough;third,the moral education function of Ideological and political course is weakened,students utilitarian,teachers' subject identity is low.Again,the influence factors of classroom management mainly focus on teachers,students,the three aspects of the environment.The teachers' teaching ability and management level;the mental state of students,psychological needs and quality;the pressure of examination oriented education,moral discipline attribute ignored and other factors will have a significant impact on classroom management.Finally,put forward the feasible strategies to improve the ideological and political classroom management.Including the effectiveness of the strategy: make up the subject of professional skills,improve the quality of classroom teaching;improve classroom management skills,classroom construction of democratic system;construct the equal love class,creating a new relationship between teachers and students;examine the ideological and political teaching,highlighting the moral education function.The concept of the ideological and political classroom management,content and other issues,can not only deepen the education reform,promote discipline construction,but also can improve the teachers' awareness of the necessity of classroom management,teachers update management concepts,research related to enrich and develop the theory of classroom management.The effectiveness of the ideological and political classroom management problems,there are help thinking to optimize the teacher management mode of the political class,reduce the class conflict between teachers and students,build harmonious classroom atmosphere;help teachers to create efficient classroom,effective teaching and learning,improve the teaching quality of Ideological and political class.Therefore,the ideological and Political Course teachers need to recognize and respect the differences between students,create all-embracing is not obvious.The difference of the classroom,and guide students to know themselves,a correct view of difference and difference,learn to respect and understand,realize the autonomy and cooperation.
