Teaching resources refer to all kinds of resources that support teaching activities,including human resources and non-human resources.They are the material basis of curriculum implementation and to a certain extent determine teachers' teaching and students' learning.The curriculum of comprehensive practical activities takes activities as its teaching form,which is highly integrated and practical.In addition,there is no unified textbook,so the development and utilization of teaching resources are particularly necessary and important for the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities.Teaching resources for the comprehensive practical activity class are equivalent to the material of the activity,without which the activity can not be carried out,and the curriculum can not be implemented.What is the development and utilization of teaching resources? What are the characteristics of the development and utilization of comprehensive practice teaching resources? How should schools develop teaching resources? What problems should be considered in the process of development and utilization of teaching resources? These questions are worthy of our study.On the basis of literature review and accumulation theory,this study investigated five middle schools in three districts of Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,through questionnaire and interview.The school surveyed include provincial public key middle school and provincial private demonstration middle school.The subjects of the survey are all teachers and 100 students randomly selected from the junior middle school.A total of 248 questionnaires were distributed to teachers,243 of which were recovered and 235 of which were valid.All the questionnaires were collected.In order to make up for the deficiency of the questionnaire,five teachers were randomly selected as the interviewees.Through the analysis of questionnaire data and interview contents,it is found that there are three main problems in the practice of the development and utilization of comprehensive practical teaching resources.In the aspect of school: the contents of development and utilization is simple,unbalanced and single;the arrangement of the time is tense;the management is negligent and the investment is small.Teachers: in the process of practice,less consideration is given to the factors of parents and society;the ability to solve problems is insufficient,and they are lack of practical experience;the group of guidance teachers or team teachers is fixed and rigid.Students: lay particular emphasis on traditional activities.In view of the problems in the current situation,from the four levels of school,teachers,students and society,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward strategies.School level causes: school leaders have no time to carry out relevant learning;school leaders lack the overall situation and overall planning ability.At the teacher's level,the following causes are: lack of understanding of the teaching resources of comprehensive practical activities;lack of self reflection relying on the unified organization and arrangement of the school;fear of responsibility and have negative mentality of some teachers.Student level causes: heavy academic burden,subject based curriculum;vulnerable to the influence of environment and important others.Social and parents pursuit: social institutions and schools are not closely linked,and education and cultural propaganda of social institutions is insufficient;colleges and universities do not set up courses related to comprehensive practice;parents' attention and support are low.Analyze the reasons behind the problems and put forward corresponding solutions.At the level of school: school leaders should strengthen the study of relevant theories;establish a research and development group of teaching resources to build a guarantee mechanism for the development and utilization of resources;reform the contents and methods of training and symptomatic training.At the teachers' level: learn new ideas and try to practice more;integrate teaching resources and take root in characteristic resources;improve learning initiative and be diligent in reflection.At the students' level: change the cognition of comprehensive practical activity class and actively participate in it.At the level of social: normal colleges and universities offer comprehensive courses and related majors;social organizations strengthen the connection with schools,and build and publicize their own cultural characteristics;parents update the concept of teaching resources and support the work of schools.Finally,combining with the existing research,a set of development program is worked out to provide reference for the school.The first is to establish a comprehensive practical teaching resources development team to form a "trapezoid" team management system;the second is to carefully and deeply interpret the relevant national documents;the third is to comprehensively investigate and analyze the current situation of teaching resources;the fourth is to understand the needs,then select and determine resources;the fifth is to design science and promote teaching resources into activities;the sixth is to accurately evaluate and promote development in development and research.
