The Teaching Application Research Of Tour Guide Business Based On The Flipped Classroom Teaching Model

With the rapid development of information technology,education has gradually entered the information age.Information technology not only accelerates the process of educational information,improves the modern level of education and constantly updates the concept of personnel training,but also gradually changes the traditional teaching model.The flipped classroom is a teaching model which involves knowledge learning before class,knowledge internalization placed in class,and the consolidation of knowledge after class.It includes three stages which are different from the two stages of traditional teaching model,knowledge learning in class and the consolidation of knowledge after class.And this teaching model is being favored by more and more educators now.The rapid development of tourism in the era of mass tourism,for the development of tourism and as the great person who rushes in the first-line force,the contribution of tour guides is indispensable.As an important output of tour guides,colleges and universities undertake the obligation and responsibility to train the high quality tour guides for the tourism market.The research is based on the flipped classroom teaching model to study the teaching of Tour Guide Business.On the basis of studying the current situation of the classroom teaching model at home and abroad,first of all,the researcher does the concept defined about the teaching model and the flipped classroom teaching model.Secondly,the researcher does a questionnaire survey for the freshmen,sophomores and an interview for the part of teachers from five colleges and universities of Liaoning Province and at the same time sorting and analyzing the data obtained.Then,the researcher makes a detailed discussion about knowledge learning before class,knowledge internalization in class and knowledge consolidation after class.Finally,according to the research above,for the flipped classroom teaching design,the researcher takes the service regulation and service quality of the full accompany tour guides as the teaching case.And all in all,the researcher provides an example of Tour Guide Business in the flipped classroom teaching model so as to provide reference for Tourism Management Major in the teaching of Tour Guide Business.
