Study On The Career Planning Of Secondary Vocational School Students

secondary vocational school is an important part of China's education system,the continuous delivery of qualified personnel to the society.However,from this year's teaching practice,the employment situation of students is not optimistic,there are certain false employment rate,employment starting point is relatively low,the contract is not high salary objective problem.The existence of these problems and phenomena is not only the factors of their own professional restrictions,but also the core competitiveness of students is not strong and other reasons.Therefore,how to improve students' ability of comprehensive employment and form the core of human resource market competition is the focus of attention.Career development and management has a maturer development in Europe,Ame rica and Taiwan,but is extremely slow in our mainland.There is a gap between them i n theory,experience,method and value degree.The kind of research is few and lacks of its own theory system.With development of our country economy and society,emp loyment gradually appears,career development and management also becomes proble m to be solved in secondary vocational school of our country.In the process of the research on the occupation career planning for a specific starting point,through the research and strategy formulation,aimed at the secondary vocational school and guide the students to complete the occupation career planning,planning to complete the self guidance and initiative to stimulate construction and other fields to provide the necessary theoretical basis and guidance.In the actual research process is divided into four levels.First of all,based on the research background,content and research status are summarized,objectively laid the foundation for this study;secondly,through the analysis of the occupation career planning contents and specific methods to find the main role of its application;thirdly,get the necessity of the occupation career planning for vocational students by employment status evaluation;finally at present,the objective of vocational students occupation career planning to carry out the status quo,problems and reasons,puts forward the following feasible application strategy.
