Study On Construction Of Mountain Outdoor In Guizhou Province

Throughout the development of sport enterprise and sport industry,mountain outdoor has become a significant part of them in Guizhou province.Since people tried to hold competitions(activities)of mountain outdoor in the province from 1998,the extensive development of mountain outdoor has gradually turned to accelerate the development of sport enterprise and sport industry even social economy of Guizhou from the lack of funds,the limitation of stadium and gymnasium in Guizhou,guiding people's need of fitness and the consumption path of mountain outdoor in the beginning.The mountain outdoor of Guizhou has experienced several stages.People in the province get together to try to build a strategic target to become the first province of mountain outdoor in recent years.Achievement of the strategic target depends on the construction of strategic system.In the letter,we report that the strategically supporting elements of mountain outdoor in Guizhou province concentrate on abundant mountain outdoor resources,large population of mountain outdoor,bases of mountain outdoor with exemplary roles,good institutions,well commercial bases of mountain outdoor,many compound talents who have a great knowledge of their majors,theme activities(competitions)with large influence and appeal,and so on.From natural resources,culture resources,mass foundation,hardware resources,activity(competition)resources and human resources,we employed literature consultation,interview and field trips,regarded construction of mountain outdoor as the research object,based on several resources of developing mountain outdoor,combined with the development situation of the mountain outdoor in Guizhou province to pertinently analyze strategically supporting elements of mountain outdoor.We found that there exist the following shortages of construction of mountain outdoor: different emphasis of government at all levels,unbalanced development,shortages of institutions and manning quotas,weakness of primary organization and human resources foundation,lack of infrastructure,insufficient planning and propaganda of brand competitions,inadequate influence and obvious gap between supply and demand.Focused on above shortages and construction of mountain outdoor in Guizhou,we suggest that government at all levels should be clear about development plan,strengthen the coordinated efforts,establish sound institutions and manning quotas,enhance primary organization and construction of mountain outdoor talents industry,reinforce planning and construction,promote brand competitions,facilitate the brand of “colourful Guizhou,mountainous park” and system construction of public activities of “moving Guizhou”.
