Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Weifang Higher Vocational Colleges

The number of college graduates continues to rise for years.The three-year expansion of higher vocational education will push the number of college graduates into a new climax.The employment problem of college students,the key group,has attracted more and more attention.In October 2021,the State Council General Office released its guidance on further supporting innovation and entrepreneurship among college students,which states that college students are the lifeblood of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,it is clearly put forward that we should insist on innovation to lead the pioneering work,pioneering to lead the employment,and supporting the college students to start their own business.Higher Vocational colleges mainly train technical and technical talents,it must carry out the national policy of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,train students,,innovation consciousness and entrepreneurship ability,and improve their comprehensive competitiveness.This research is based on the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Weifang Vocational Colleges.Under the circumstances of both social and Policy Environment,Innovation and Entrepreneurship of university students have seen a new development,and so has entrepreneurship of university students in Weifang.Weifang now has 16 universities,12 of which are vocational.Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Weifang shows a dynamic development trend.Based on this premise,this paper firstly summarizes the related theoretical research of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,clarifies the research goal,significance and theoretical basis,and clarifies the connotation and theoretical basis of the related concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education.On this basis,four higher vocational colleges in Weifang were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey and interviews in view of the actual situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the four higher vocational colleges,and the basic situation of their innovation and entrepreneurship education was obtained,Including organizational structure,curriculum system,teaching staff,practice system,etc.,objectively demonstrated their teaching effect,Through interviews and surveys,this paper sums up some common problems existing in innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Weifang.For example,the teachers are not perfect,the practice platform is not enough,the evaluation system is not reasonable,the professional education and Innovation and entrepreneurship education are not closely integrated,and the practice activities are not abundant.Finally,according to the results of the empirical study,after learning from the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education of two high-quality higher vocational colleges in China,Nanjing Institute of Technology and Zhejiang Institute of Industry and Commerce,from the angles of government,university,society and students,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Weifang Vocational Colleges.The government should take the initiative to serve,set up entrepreneurship centers for college students,improve entrepreneurship support policies for college students,and create a social atmosphere that encourages innovation.Colleges should change their teaching concepts,improve their teaching methods,and rebuild their curriculum system,only by strengthening the teachers and establishing the scientific evaluation system,the society should strengthen the financial support,and the students should change their thinking,practice actively,and adopt a multi-pronged approach,can the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Weifang Higher Vocational Colleges take the lead in the whole province.
