The conflict between teachers and students is a special form of social conflict and a tense state between teachers and students.Parental rearing pattern is one of the important reasons for the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational school students.Overindulgent and autocratic family rearing patterns are more likely to cause conflict between teachers and students,but the internal mechanism between the two is rarely studied.In previous studies,moral evasion is an important factor affecting interpersonal conflict.Therefore,this study focuses on exploring the mechanism of moral evasion between parental rearing patterns and teacher-student conflict,and further analyzes whether there are differences in this mechanism for secondary vocational school students of different genders.Based on this,this paper starts with moral deduction and gender,and studies the role of the two in the parenting style and the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational school students,providing a new perspective for the study of the conflict between teachers and students.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of a secondary vocational college in Hefei by using the simplified parenting style evaluation scale,the moral evasion questionnaire and the teacher-student conflict subscale.731 questionnaires were distributed and 623 questionnaires were effectively recovered.The influence and mechanism of parental rearing style and the teacher-student conflict of secondary vocational students were discussed.The results show that:(1)parental warmth protection rearing style is significantly negatively correlated with the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational students,and parental refusal rearing style is significantly positively correlated with the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational students;(2)Moral evasion plays a partial mediating role in parents’ warm refusal rearing style;(3)Gender can regulate the influence of parental warmth refusal rearing style on the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational students.Specifically,compared with women,parental warmth refusal parenting style has a greater impact on male teacher-student conflict.Based on the above survey results,for reducing the frequency of teacher-student conflict among secondary vocational school students,suggestions are made from the following aspects: First,parents should teach correct teacher-student views;Strengthen the communication and exchange between parents and students,and build up students’ self-confidence;and create a harmonious family atmosphere and adopt positive educational methods.Secondly,the schools should strengthen ideological and moral construction,establish a good style of study,improve teachers’ personality charm and mental health level.
