the traditional teaching mode,although the traditional teaching mode has been the mainstream of teaching mode,but it also has certain drawbacks.In recent years,new exploring education scholars began teaching mode,the hottest a flip related to information technology classroom teaching mode in practice has obtained the very good evaluation,the more attention to teaching mode,its characteristic is to put the two or more teaching mode,the combination of take its essence to its dregs,through the analysis of the teaching practice in the teaching process of advantages and disadvantages.To explore the advantages of traditional teaching mode and turn the classroom teaching mode under the modern information technology support after integrating the advantages of the formation of the blended teaching mode of theory research and empirical research.Mix in this paper,the classroom teaching model is applied to the university,through the study of theory study and put forward hypothesis mixed teaching mode,to bring in the process of teaching experiments to explore the teaching effect and teaching from the teaching feedback information summarized the problems and timely put forward the proposal.This article through the literature material method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis,data analysis,expert interview and logical analysis,the theory basis for mixed mode in colleges and universities,and the experimental demonstration analysis.By searching the literature search the concept of traditoonal teaching mode and turn the classroom teaching mode and the advantages and disadvantages,combined with the advantages of the two models and puts forward the theoretical basis of the proposed hybrid teaching mode assumption;Through expeiment method to design the teaching experiment and do a good job,before test after test in the process of experiment questionnaire and expert interview communication;After the experiment was carried out on the experimental conrol group skill scores and comparison and analysis of questionnaire investigation and data statistics,after logic experimental results are obtained.By introducing mixing teaching mode turn(+)traditional teaching experiment proves that the teaching mode can improve the students' active participation and learning satisfaction.Hybrid concept can be accepted by students,teaching mode requires teachers to improve their teaching ability,improving teaching concept,teachers' understanding of the innovation of the teaching mode,to inspire the students' interests.Teacher research new teaching methods,causes the student to accept the course with a new perspective.Through the experimental study to the following conclusion:(1)teaching mode to improve the students' grades.Mixed teaching model is suitable for the colleges and universities hold public physical education teaching,the pattern is conducive to improve the operation of normal college students'skills to master,more in-depth understanding the difficult point of technical action,action is more standard,to improve the efficiency of learning techniques.(2)teaching mode can improve the students' participation.Mixed mode teaching,the students improve their autonomous learning mode,in the process of self-study ability to exercise its self-assessment,such as mixed class teaching mode provides micro video information resources to improve students' innovative ability and the ability to imitate and improve learning engagement,eventually improve the level of technology.(3)teaching mode can improve students' overall learning satisfaction.Mixed teaching mode not only improve skills goal,to improve the emotional target more specific.Through a semester of teaching to improve the students' interest in learning,improve the ability of team work in the group communication,enhance students' self-confidence,la-la-la exercise teaching in colleges and universities,students and identificaion.(4)teaching students'physical and mental health development,this model combines the advantages of the traditional model and is superior to the traditional model.We can according to the regional characteristics(ethnic),different characteristics of students,according to the students' cognitive level,formulate the teaching goal,choose the teaching content,work out teaching micro video and upload to share.At the end of the whole teaching experiment,students in the classroom teaching under the guidance of teachers to improve the technical ability,and thus improve performance,physical exercise and improve technical movement and music rhythm coordination,strengthen students' autonomous learning ability,through the team cooperation to enhance team spirit and cooperation level,better handle interpersonal relationships,and eventually spread lifetime sports consciousness to everyone in the heart.Through the teaching experiment proved that theoretical hypothesis,which demonstrates the practical mixed teaching pattern of class teaching has obtained the good effect.We should pay attention to improve the quality of micro video content production,can be more conducive to the students'autonomous learning,the students after class and self-study before class is very difficult to control,in resource sharing platform to improve the aspects of technology,students can make more accurate teachers receive feedback.
