On the basis of modern information technology in the 21st century economic competition is the talent competition,is the battle for human resources,talent resources competition in the enterprise competition is more and more has the decisive significance.If enterprises want to attract and retain talent,choose the world and use,give full play to human resources to support the development of the enterprise,it is necessary to improve employee satisfaction,reduce the turnover rate,to cultivate employees' sense of belonging and loyalty to the enterprise,enhance employees on the centripetal force of the enterprise,to implement people-oriented management.So what are the factors affecting employee satisfaction,in view of the important factors influencing the satisfaction degree of different,specific what effective measures to improve employee satisfaction,enterprises will become the enterprise human resources department must solve the problem.ZZGY academy is a by integrating education,real estate,hotel,etc for the integration of large-scale private enterprise group-ZYHX trade group founded by private schools,at present the school has just passed the national ministry of education of qualified evaluation,on the eve of assessment,geared to the needs of the public school recruited a large number of high title,highly educated talents,how to recruit talents to stay,to continue to contribute to the school development,has become very important in the process of school management one job.This study is to discusses the influence factors of employee satisfaction ZZGY college,and depending on the degree of satisfaction influence factors,targeted put forward Suggestions for improvement,so as to further enhance college staff satisfaction,establish the employee loyalty,help the private colleges gain greater economic benefits and social value,realize sustainable development.In this paper ZZGY college of in-service teachers as the research object.First,after a lot of reading literature,learn the domestic and foreign scholars and experts of satisfaction and its factors,on the basis of research results,combining with the characteristics of ZZGY college of design staff satisfaction questionnaire.By questionnaire survey,and then the first-hand data obtained by the questionnaire data for empirical analysis,using statistical methods of frequency analysis,average analysis of employee satisfaction in different work related factors,then use independent sample test and single factor analysis of variance to analyze employee job satisfaction whether there was a significant difference between different groups,and finally to the six factors of employee satisfaction dimensions according to the regression equation form staffs satisfaction as dependent variable,with the edge of the demographic variables such as gender,age as independent variables,and the gender and age,gender and education combined,using regression analysis method,then draws a different impact on employee satisfaction degree of factors.1.The employees of different job related factors of satisfaction,ZZGY college on the work itself,work,work groups,working conditions,job prospects,management and evaluation of relevant factors such as job satisfaction according to the average size,respectively is:since the work returns(3.4476)<job prospects(3.6204)<working conditions(3.6505)<work itself(3.7919)<work group(3.8718)<management assessment(3.9110).Employee satisfaction with the degree of work reward and job prospects,the lowest for the work group,and the assessment of management satisfaction,the highest in the middle for the working conditions and the work itself.2.Different subject characteristics of employee satisfaction,in addition to different degree employees significant differences on job satisfaction level,the other main characteristics such as gender,age,length of service of have a certain influence on job satisfaction levels,but the effect is not significant.At the end of the article,according to the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of different,puts forward Suggestions for improvement.First,set up the mechanism of normal wage growth;Establish a multi-level employee welfare security system.Second,to establish a systematic training system,pay attention to employee growth.Third,improve the working conditions,improve the humanistic care.Fourth,focus on staff expertise,provide development platform.Fifth,opening up new communication channels,strengthen the communication.Sixth,promote highly educated employees,widen the channel of the promotion.
