The thesis objectively describes the current situation,achievements and problems in the education service of ASEAN student in Guangxi.The paper is based on the theoretical of potential science theory and customer satisfaction theory.Methodologies such as Documentary study,questionnaire survey and interview are involved and software stata13 is utilized to make an empirical investigate of the quality of education and service in ASEAN students in Guangxi from four universities.Based on the theory of potential science,Potential of the operating mechanism of information interaction mechanism is "differences promote contact,contact expand difference",this relationship constitutes equal and opposite symmetry;Used in the study of ASEAN student education service quality,mainly through the education of students in colleges and universities the relationship and interaction between internal service system,and the differences and links between the departments,reveals the mutual influencing factors and operation rule,rage education in colleges and universities teaching and management advantagesThis paper tries to combine potential science and SERVQUAL model to consult three symmetrical and six factors.namely tangibility?intangibility?Assurance?Responsiveness?credibility?Empathy.Use to test the education and service in ASEAN students in Guangxi.The results of the survey found that:Firstly,rather than the expectation,the actual perception of ASEAN students in Guangxi has more significantly affect the satisfaction,but also by student satisfaction,to influence the behavior of students;Secondly,tangibles(teaching facilities,equipment,accommodation and other dominant service)and invisibility(educational philosophy,campus culture and other latent service)formed a good symmetry;Thirdly,responsiveness(the event handling efficiency,operation speed and other dominant services)and assurance(such as teachers' level,inner quality latent services)formed a unbalanced symmetry;Fourthly,credibility(such as student management rules and regulations of the dominant services)and empathy(latent services such as emotion and take care of students)have a maximum symmetrical contrast.To sum up,we suggest:1.further completing education hardware fac ilities,creating practice platforms for overseas students.For innovative edu cation service for overseas students,we should expand its scope,improv e its quality and strengthen overseas students' practicing abilities;2.estab lishing sound training mechanism,cultivating bilingual or multilingual te achers and executives to adapt to international education;3.reforming cla ss teaching,increasing the communication between overseas students and local students,enhancing the ablities of practing,living and language ada ptablity;4.Creating the atmosphere for cultural integration of Chinese cul ture and ASEAN countries;5.Improving the existing rules and regulation s as well as the reward and punishment system to stimulate overseas stude nts' learning motivation.
