| Game theory holds that there are conflicts and cooperation among stakeholders in any activity,and the decision-making of stakeholders depends on the behavior choice of other stakeholders.Essentially,game theory is the theory of"relationship".The scale and quality of cross-border higher education services are a pair of interrelated and unified contradictions.The stakeholders involved in the education service for foreign students include the government,universities,students,parents and society.There are interrelated game relationships among them.The scale and quality of the education service for foreign students are considered from their own interests.This paper takes the game between the scale and quality of education service for ASEAN students in Guangxi as the research object,takes the game theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and comparative analysis,and SPSS22.0 statistical software,selects ASEAN students from several major universities in Guangxi as the research object,and conducts a questionnaire survey on ASEAN students’education service in Guangxi universities.Quality perception carries out empirical investigation and research.This paper chooses four factors in game theory,namely,subject game,strategy game,information game and equilibrium game,explores the game relationship between the scale of education service and education quality for ASEAN overseas students in Guangxi,and expounds the relationship among the government,universities,overseas students and various subjects of society in Guangxi.Game strategy.This paper compares and draws lessons from the game process strategy of the scale and quality of Australian overseas students’education service,and puts forward relevant conclusions and suggestions.Based on the data of questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,the main conclusions and suggestions are as follows:Firstly,in formulating the macro-policy on the scale and quality of overseas students’education service,the Guangxi government should consider the problem of balancing the scale and quality of overseas students’education service.In expanding the market and scale of overseas students’education service,it should pay attention to building and marketing the brand of overseas students,high-quality education resources and solving the conditions of running universities.Secondly,how to adjust the roles and functions of the stakeholders in the education service for foreign students.The scale and quality assurance of foreign students’ education depends on the government’s policy and strength.As the policy-executors,the level of education quality is determined by many factors,such as school-running conditions,teaching,scientific research,operation and management.Colleges and universities should consider expanding their scale on the basis of improving the above-mentioned quality.Overseas students,parents and society should pay attention to improving the related obligations.The problems of school development.Overseas students,parents and society are obliged to carry out social supervision on the teaching and quality of higher education and provide relevant feedback.Thirdly,overseas students’ learning motivation and self-directed learning and development ability,as well as their admission criteria and assessment system need to be improved.The motivation and evaluation mechanism of foreign students have a positive impact on the quality of education service.The life management of foreign students is in a short position in the quality of education service.The entrance and evaluation system of foreign students need to’be improved.Fourthly,the cooperation and alliance between universities in Guangxi and those at home and abroad still need to be strengthened.In attracting overseas students,adopting the strategy of "university alliance" and brand of studying abroad is conducive to influencing national policies,capital allocation and regulations,and coordinating the relationship between universities and the government.Fifthly,we should further strengthen close cooperation with the social,bus:iness and business sectors.To coordinate the relationship between University and society by giving full play to the service function.In this way,we can achieve a balanced development of the scale and quality of education services for foreign students from ASEAN. |
