At present,the Flipped Classroom is in the ascendant.Ministry of Education has pointed in the 2016 education information work points colleges and universities should use the online open course and flipped classroom to explore the teaching reform.It can be seen that the practice the flipped classroom teaching in college classroom has become an important choice for teaching reform in colleges and universities.Teachers are the key to efficient implementation the flipped classroom.Throughout the literature research,it is found that the researcher mostly constructs the model of teaching competency of college teachers through the study of competency theory,and the study of reversing the competence of classroom teaching has not been seen.Based on this problem,this research considers the construction of teaching competency model of college teachers in flipped classroom.This study uses literature analysis,Delphi method,questionnaire survey.First of all,I combing the relevant research of flipped classroom.Through the statistical analysis of the literature to obtain the general factor of college teachers' teaching competency.Then combined with the implementation of college teachers in flipped classroom should have the characteristics of teaching capacity and related research on the implementation of teachers in the classroom should have the skills to sort out the summary.The expert questionnaires will be compiled by coding the competency factors collected by literature research.Using the Delphi method for expert consultation,revise the teaching competency factor of college teachers in flipped classroom we have obtained,get 32 competency factors.Then,according to the competency factor and the behavior characteristic description,the paper analyzes the five competency factors which do not meet the requirement by the data analysis,and finally obtains the 27 competency factors of college teachers in flipped classroom,analyzes and validates the model,The data show that the model reliability is acceptable.The final model of university teachers to turn the classroom competency model includes four dimensions,two levels.The four dimensions include four dimensions: knowledge,skills,personal traits,attitudes and values.The two levels include general level and core level,and contains 27 competency factors.Among them,the core competency factor of knowledge dimension includes the flipped classroomtheory knowledge and informatization teaching knowledge.The general competence factor includes subject knowledge and information technology knowledge.Skills dimension core competency factors include personalized mentoring skills,the evaluate the design skills of flipped classroom,flipped classroom teaching evaluation skills,design teaching task skills,use Information Social Tools Skills,data collection and processing skills in learning process,reflective practical skills.General competency factors include disciplinary expertise teaching skills,classroom activities,organizational skills,information retrieval skills.The core competency factors in personal competency dimension include innovative thinking and good at accepting new things;general competency factors include self-efficacy,achievement motivation,teamwork,and affinity.The core competency factor of attitudes and values dimension includes teaching in accordance with their aptitude,paying attention to the cultivation of students' thinking,focus on cultivating learners' autonomous learning ability,the Role of "Director" teacher,teaching reform consciousness.The general competence factor includes respect for students and spirit of working hard.Use case study method to identify teacher's competency with this model,and finds out that the competency model can be a good way to identify the teachers' teaching ability in flipped classroom.
