First of all,based on the two-factor theory,this paper establishes the incentive factors and health factors that affect the employment satisfaction of college graduates.Then,through the questionnaire survey and interview,the data obtained is quantified,and SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software is used as the tool,and the correlation between each factor and job satisfaction is defined based on the individual variable.Pointing out what factors N city graduates are satisfied with,and which factors are not satisfied with.Incentive factors are not satisfied with the dimension: the degree of emphasis on leadership,the equality of promotion opportunities,the prospects for career development,the autonomy of work;the unsatisfactory dimension of health factors: personal life,learning and training opportunities,wage income and benefits,unit competition And assessment system.Finally,the reasons for the lack of satisfaction is analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward: incentive measures(1)establish a people-oriented management philosophy.(2)to establish a sound university graduate promotion system.(3)perfect the career planning system of university graduates.(4)give college graduates more work autonomy.Health measures(1)reasonable arrangements for working hours,to protect the individual life.(2)to strengthen education and training,improve the quality of college graduates.(3)"internally and externally" to protect the level of wages and benefits of college graduates.(4)to develop a reasonable unit of competition and assessment mechanism.
