With the development of world economy and the renewal of education concept,the “package class system” has become an important trend of primary education reform in the international scope.In developed countries,the “package class system” has been established on the basis of small class,curriculum integration and with the corresponding teacher education,which is a scientific and progressive educational mechanism.In our country,the reform of basic education,such as setting up an integrated curriculum,cultivating the general-subject primary school teachers and reducing class size reflects the overall differences and focus on individualized attention on students,focus on individualized education idea and develop the students’ potential.This is consistent with the international “package class system” and provides an opportunity for China’s various regions and schools which will pilot and test the “package class system”.The study based on the view of curriculum,referred to the foreign experience of the “package class system”,applied with the methods of interview,observation and document analysis,investigate the “package class system” of Licang District,Qingdao city and the operation of school curriculum.The study try to show the whole picture of the “package class system” in Licang District,Qingdao city,especially the status quo of the school curriculum of the “package class system”.And then reveal the problems of the current “package class system” and the curriculum problems.So as to offer advice and suggestions to improve the “package class system”.The study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduced the domestic and foreign scholars’ research contents and basic orientation of the “package class system”,explains the research significance and ideas.The second part the basic theory of the “package class system”,which is discussed from the “package class system” evolution,the “package class system” characteristics and implementation principles.The third part present situation of the “package class system” in primary schools in Licang district of Qingdao and the forth part problems and analysis of the “package class system” in primary schools in Licang district of Qingdao,which is taking Licang district of Qingdao as an example based on four aspects in the basic situation of the “package class system”,school curriculum under the “package class system”,teachers’ attitudes towards the “package class system” and problems of the “package class system” presents the panorama of the “package class system” in Licang district of Qingdao.The fifth part the improvement measures of the “package class system” in elementary school,according to the issues of the “package class system”,puts forward the specific suggestions from the local,school and teacher level.The sixth part conclusion,based on the previous analysis,prospects the future direction of the “package class system”.
