"Package class system" refers to an education work mode in which a teacher is the main teacher in a class,and two or three teachers are supplemented to assist in completing teaching tasks.Teachers of the "Package class system" are responsible for the teaching management,curriculum arrangement,home-school contact,moral education work and various activities of each student in the whole class.In recent years,some elementary schools in towns and villages in China have also adopted the "package class system" teaching,but it is different from the "package class system" of innovative education reform in developed regions.The township elementary school "package class system" is a helpless move taken under the double absence of teachers and students.At present,scholars have focused more on developed countries and regions with economic developed levels to carry out educational reform and reform of the "package class system",but there are few studies on the "package class system" in rural villages and towns in China,and the empirical research of grassroots research is more scarce.Therefore,the social science method is used to systematically explore the development status and dilemma of the rural elementary school's "compulsory class system",and to draw on the pedagogy theory to propose targeted optimization strategies.Not only helps to make up for the lack of theoretical research on the "package class system" in the township area,but also provides an experience reference for developing the "Package class system" in the township elementary schools and improving the education quality of the township elementary schools.This study took township elementary schools in Fengqiu County,Henan Province as the research object,selected D elementary school in Fengqiu County as a case to carry out field investigations,and comprehensively used questionnaire survey methods and interview methods to obtain elementary data.Through the analysis of questionnaire data and the compilation of interview texts and audio recordings,the development status and dilemma of the "package class system" in the case are explored,and the experience of the "package class system" in the United States,Finland,Japan,Germany and other countries is referenced to apply to China Research on the optimization measures and the way out of the development of the township elementary school's "package class system".The study found that the "package class system" teaching is a means to cope with the shortage of teachers in the township primary schools and the shortage of students,and it is necessary and reasonable.At present,the teaching model of "class-training" in township primary schools exists: first,the dilemma of improving students' quality: the class-training system cannot meet the requirements for the comprehensive development of pupils in the area visited;second,the teachers' own professional development dilemma.Teachers of the charter system are mainly multidisciplinary teaching,with a large amount of work tasks and less training,teaching and research;third,the school's continuous development dilemma.The township elementary schools that use package teaching have problems such as poor quality of education,fewer students and lack of teachers.Based on the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,based on Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence and the theory of teachers' growth stage,this study found that the quality of teachers of the "package class system" needs to be improved,the policy of the package-training system is incomplete,and the weak teaching resources of the township primary schools are causing the current The main reason for the dilemma.In this regard,this study proposes the optimization strategy of the township primary school "package class system" from the three dimensions of policy,school and teacher: first,optimize the township education policy,increase the promotion of the package class system,broaden the introduction of general teachers,and improve the package class teachers' treatment and increase the enrollment rate of township primary schools;the second is to strengthen the school education reform,optimize the evaluation system of township students,enrich the form of "package class system" teaching ancestors,build a comprehensive curriculum system and provide teaching resources with the characteristic of "package class system";Promote the improvement of teachers' quality.One is to increase the on-the-job training of "package class system" teachers,strengthen the ideological construction of "package class system" teachers,improve the "package class system" faculty management system,and train the "package class system" teachers in all subjects.
