Research On The Package Class Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Primary School In Our Country

Package class system means that one to three teachers are grouped as a basic educational unit,which is fully responsible for daily teaching task of a class as well as class routine management and student’s life management.It is not only a teaching organization form, but also a kind of class management mode,which can promote the implementation of individualized education plan and teaching reform.This thesis based upon our country present primary educational package class system,combined history with actuality,united fact with value.Adopted case researching method,questionnaire method,interview method etc.Taked Qingdao district C for example,exploring present primary school package class system and problem,on the base of this suggested our countermeasure,and enriched educational theory for educator.For improving and reforming primary school package class system,afforded a feasible mirror,improved our cognition to primary school package class system,so as to reform primary educational management.This thesis consisting of four parts.The first part:the introduction,briefly introduced the research background, research significance,summary,method and some associated concept.The second part: exploring present primary school package class system,according to investigation,discovered our country primary school package class system deference with district,implemented differently,classes scale variously,the right of school management declined and some other things.The third part:analyzed problem and cause associating with package class system.Through questionnaire method,interview method and clearing up other cases,discovered implementing package class system difficultly because of large scale classes at our primary schools and absence of general primary school teachers.Who would design curriculums adapting package class system, evaluating standard not suit for package class system and the heave task of teachers,all this couldn’t ensure students comprehensive development and couldn’t implement package class system smoothly. According to this exploring and my work experience,the last part gave some improvement: carrying out small scale class gradually,training general primary school teachers quickly;Enhance the teachers’ in-service training, give full play to teachers’ potential; Adjust the curriculum, promote the integration of curriculum content; To improve the traditional classroom teaching methods and teaching mode; Change the existing evaluation standards, try to practice the whole assessment; To form a community education teaching; Strengthen the propaganda package class advantage, so as to obtain social accepted.
