After a long period of theoretical study and practice,the British moral theory has formed a perfect system of education which is standing by legislation and related documents,this system plays an active role in leading and developing moral values and moral habits of teenagers. British primary school moral education in particular, whose concept of scientific,unique way and comprehensive content have enjoying a good reputation in the worldwide and have also caused the other countries to research,learn and imitate. The research on British pupil moral education is conducive to deepening the theory of moral education of children,which helps to promote the moral education practice of children, to improve the implementation of the power of moral education of children, and to help to promote lasting friendly relations between China and Britain cultural and educational resources integration.Based on the British pupils' moral education as the objective of study,this dissertation first investigates development history of British pupils' moral education, focus on theevolution of division, and introduce the basis of each stage division and the moral situation.At the same time, it discusses the goal and content of moral education in the UK, and will cultivate pupils an understanding of religious knowledge and traditional culture, rational thinking and self-control ability, and have acceptable conduct and gentleman cultivation of thepeople as the British school pupils moral education goal. The content of moral education is divided into four aspects of the citizen consciousness education, interpersonal relationship education, behavior management education and religious education. On the basis of a further study, the dissertation also studies the features and the ways of British pupils moral education,summing up curriculum design,traditional culture, environment, hero example and cooperation as the ways to carry out UK pupils moral education. It also summarizes the British school pupils moral education has put religious education and moral content into the curriculum, respects for individual interests and other characteristics for the standards setting,in addition, defines the reform measures and the British pupils moral education existing problems in detail.This dissertation finds out the existed questions of moral education in our elementary education through comprehensive study in the current situation of the British pupils moral education by contrasting the implementation of moral education of Chinese elementary education, it also concludes that we can make the practical experience of British pupils moral education to break through the dilemma of our moral education and put forward the relevant measures to improve Chinese pupils moral education which has some reference value to improve the level of our moral education.
