Exploration For The Single Progressive Mode Of High School Geography Inquiry Learning

With the development of the times,the competition between countries gradually turn into competition for creative talents.The traditional teaching way already cannot satisfy the social demand for talents cultivation,so the nations of the world have to reform education. With the development of basic education reform in our country,people give more and more attention to the inquiry learning . Compared with the traditional approach to learning,the inquiry learning highlight the student's principal status to cultivate students' innovative thinking and practice exploration ability.High school geography is a very comprehensive and practical discipline, and it needs to carry out the inquiry learning.At present although there are a lot of literatures and research achievements about inquiry learning in domestic, but there are few systemic research for development and implementation of high school geography inquiry learning.This paper combined with my own teaching experience to explore the implementation of the single progressive mode.First,this paper expounds the research background, purpose, significance and the study of inquiry learning at home and abroad.Second,this paper explicitly several core concepts about inquiry learning,high school geography inquiry learning,single progressive mode.Third,this paper discusses the carring out strategy of the single progressive mode from the topic selection, opening, implementation, evaluation.At the same time this paper set up a research subject of single progressive type taking an example of jiaozuo,and guided research group to practice.Fourth,this paper summarizes the promoting effect of the single progressive mode on both teachers and students, and points out the shortages existing in the research process and the direction of future efforts.In general,this paper probes into the implementation of of the single progressive to provide reference for the front line geography teachers.
