Developing Group Counseling's Effective And Invalid

At present, the group counseling has been applied in practice research in many areas,especially in the field of school, colleges and universities is the highest place in the activity, its widespread application shows that groupcounseling technology is effective in some areas.But the author through the consult literature found that domestic research group counseling intervention,to choose quantitative research paradigm, mostly from the perspective of the result intuitively show the effectiveness of the auxiliary, speak in the data; For the group and auxiliaryprocess involved in the number of qualitative research,analysis and evaluation is almost zero, there are also questions about group counseling effect.This topic is mainly aimed at developing group counseling in the party, pay attention to is a member of the physical and mental development of the whole, sound and potential development of personality, for the development and adaptation of the parties,This research adopts qualitative research method of grounded theory, from the perspective of group auxiliary effect and influence factors on the effectiveness of the problems made a preliminary exploration,and put forward some suggestions and discussion.The research object of this study selected from students in two universities in HuBei province, they all took part in the group counseling. In the two months after the end of the auxiliary, the researchers conducted interviews on volunteered for the study of the parties, turned the words after recording the collection of data, and then using the grounded theory to data coding and analysis.The results show that:First, in developing group counselingthe parties obtain efficacy change mainly includes five core categories, they are positive emotional experience, promote self-awareness, transformation of the mode of thinking, behavior change and guide the practical life.Second, the parties considers that developing group counseling is not only the positive effect, its inefficiencies performance has three core categories: emotional level of negative emotion, behavior level of behavior change does not occur, the lack of real life coaching level practicality, mobility and lack of long-term effectiveness.Third, in the eyes of the parties, the effectiveness of group and factors including positive interaction, leader of the group members with the help of the guide,good atmosphere of groups and group activities reasonably set up four core category.Group inefficiencies related factors including leader accused of field force is insufficient,groups schedule undeserved and theme from three core categories.
