Objective: to improve the shandong province ordinary university high level basketball athlete training enthusiasm,training quality and efficiency,strengthen the training motivation,combined with the incentive theory and the high level basketball team's current motivation situation of shandong province,found that the problem,from to satisfy their needs of the athletes,according to the needs of its structure,adopt the corresponding strategy and incentives,formulate a set of system,perfecting the incentive mechanism.And applied to the shandong agricultural university men's basketball team training management,sport motivation and training status scale test and verify what positive influence on the incentive mechanism,to feedback the incentive effect.Methods: this study used literature data,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods,such as in shandong province to recruit high level athletes,in the 18 th annual China university basketball league qualifying tournament in shandong,shandong agricultural university,shandong university of science and technology,ocean university of China,China petroleum university,shandong university of science and technology,between the university high level basketball team,and players in shandong agricultural university as the main research object,through to the shandong province ordinary university high level basketball team,the use of incentive mechanism research,analysis of questionnaire and scale,draw relevant conclusions.Results: the use of incentive mechanisms to improve shandong province ordinary university high level basketball athlete's sports motivation and training,as well as the athletes emotional stress,mental fatigue,self-regulation and the enhancement of self-efficacy status has a positive effect,on the improvement of the athletes psychological exhaustion and feel good state has no obvious effect.Conclusion: 1.Shandong province ordinary university high level basketball team incentive mechanism for the establishment of the system and perfect enough,lack of an effective incentive mechanism.2.Shandong province ordinary university high level basketball athlete incentives aretoo single,incentives for training and other simple material reward and honor,is relatively lack of policy incentives and environmental incentive,no cause enough attention to spiritual;The implementation of incentive not starting from the actual demand of players themselves;A lack of institutional guarantee.3.The experimental implementation of incentive mechanism is adopted to improve the team training and management,to improve the shandong province ordinary university high level basketball athlete sports motivation is superior to the control group used the effect of the traditional incentive measures.4.The experimental group on the implementation of incentive mechanism in team training and management,to improve the state of shandong province ordinary university high level basketball athlete training is superior to the effect of the control group using traditional incentives.
