With the development of the times and the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for the number of talents in the society is declining. In turn, the quality of talents has been put forward higher requirements . Among them,to enhance the overall quality of students has become an important part of the current education . The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for the ideological and political course in senior high school, focusing on cultivating students' ability of independent,cooperative and inquiry. The teaching mode of "three questions and three explorations" is a kind of teaching mode to adapt to the current reform of the ideological and political course in senior high school. The teaching model of "three questions and three explorations" refers to a relatively stable and mature teaching procedure and method under the guidance of certain teaching ideas or theories. It is divided into questioning self exploration, eliminating and exploration, questioned on three step by step, teaching link to each other. It reflects the problem oriented, focusing on the construction and cooperation of the group, focusing on the formation of the classroom process, focusing on the characteristics of students' autonomous learning and evaluation. This kind of teaching mode, not only embodies the spirit of the new curriculum reform, but also conducive to enhancing the students' knowledge, ability, and cultivate students' good emotion, attitude and values. It develops the teaching mode of Ideological and political course in a certain extent, but also conducive to the all-round development of students,the professional development of teachers the teaching process optimization, as well as the ideological and political course of high school reform.As a teaching model of new development research, it has its educational,psychological and philosophical basis. Dewey's educational thought, constructivism theory, humanism theory and the theory of "the nearest Development Zone" are the basis of education; Problem thinking and creative thinking are the psychological basis of the teaching model of "three questions and three explorations"; The theory of reflection, the view of development and the view of contradiction in Marx's philosophy is the philosophical basis of the teaching mode of "three questions and three explorations".Through the actual investigation, the author finds that the teaching model of "three questions and three explorations" is facing the bottleneck of its development, for example:the problem is not reasonable, the role conflict between teachers and students, the time is not appropriate, the lag of teaching evaluation and so on. Therefore, in order to better implement the teaching model of "three questions and three explorations",we should improve the quality of teachers and students, arrange the time reasonably, innovate teaching evaluation and so on...
