Research On Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Smart University Information Construction

With the information technology and the smart city rapid developing in the background,the construction of university information is an inevitable trend.The smart university construction as a university information construction of the latest trends,has been launched in many colleges and universities.Smart university information construction using the Internet,cloud computing,large data technology platform as the support,through the campus official website,WeChat public number,Alipay public number,campus card and other personalized portal platform for the public to provide efficient and quality services.But how to measure the public's satisfaction with the smart university information construction needs rational thinking and authoritative theory to analyze and explain.Therefore,through theoretical and empirical research,this paper launched a study on the public satisfaction of smart university information construction.First of all,the paper introduces the background of the construction of smart university information,expounds the relevant research status at our country and abroad,and puts forward the purpose and significance of this paper.On the basis of this,the author discusses the theoretical basis of the information construction of the smart university,explains the connotation of the information construction of the smart university through the definition of the related concepts,and constructs the smart university information including the characteristics,target,the service object and the content constructs the theoretical framework,and then puts forward the connotation of the public satisfaction of the smart university information construction,and expounds the formation mechanism and the significance of the public satisfaction of the smart university information construction.Secondly,on the basis of the American customer satisfaction index model(ACSI),the US public sector customer satisfaction index model and the public sector public satisfaction index model constructed by our scholars,guided by structural equation modeling,The potential variables,measurable variables and measurable relationships of the public satisfaction model of information construction are discussed,and the public satisfaction model of smart university information construction is constructed.Finally,the public satisfaction model of smart university information construction is put into empirical research.The model is validated by issuing the questionnaire and collecting the relevant data,and the model is revised and perfected,and the results are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
