The construction of Chinese textbooks is a basic guarantee for cultivating good citizenship in a country. It is also an important measure to improve the quality of citizens and national development. The construction of Chinese textbooks affects the economic,political and cultural development of a country and a region. The construction of the textbooks of the language must conform to the situation of the country and the region,and the local textbooks of the national, local and national characteristics. At present,China's textbooks for local language textbooks rarely, mainly because of our implementation of the "one class one" policy for a long time, easy to focus on management. The textbook is still the most widely used textbook. Although the human language textbooks have their own advantages, but in the process of teaching the use of the region also produced a lot of incompatibility. Mainly China is a multi-ethnic,multi-regional countries, "easy to centralized management" approach, so that language textbooks only become a language, cultural communication tool, did not highlight its real practical and practical value. Therefore, the construction of language textbooks must be combined with the unique folk customs and the various regions of the natural climate,geography, the establishment of the relevant regional textbooks. Conducive to the region's education, culture, economic development, enhance students' sense of cultural identity. This paper is a comparative analysis of the two textbooks of different regions and ethnic groups, and draws out the similarities and gains and losses between the two sets of Chinese and Chinese textbooks, and provides a reference for further improving the writing of regional high school Chinese textbooks.This paper is divided into three chapters except the introduction. The introduction mainly elaborates some basic concepts in the paper, and analyzes the current situation,the research status, the research object and the method, the research purpose and the research significance. In the research methods, the use of literature research, analysis and comparative data and statistical methods. The first chapter is the cultural background(value orientation, thinking mode, psychological structure), high school curriculum standard (language nature, idea, goal, writing characteristic) in the compilation idea of Tibetan and Chinese two sets of Chinese textbooks Analysis on the Differences in the Construction of Tibetan Textbooks. The second chapter is to analyze the similarities and differences between the Tibetan and Chinese textbooks through the four systems in the internal structure of the Chinese and Tibetan textbooks,namely, the model system,the knowledge system, the operating system and the reading system. Fan Wen system is to analyze the similarities and differences of the essay from the four aspects of the role of the model system and the selection of the standard, the scope of the selection of the text,the genre of Fan Wen, and the arrangement of Fan Wen. The knowledge system is the difference of the knowledge system from the four aspects of the high school curriculum standard to the knowledge of Chinese language, the type of knowledge of Chinese textbook, the way and characteristics of knowledge presentation, and the structure of Chinese textbook knowledge. The operating system is the similarities and differences between the composition of the job design, the design of the job, the design characteristics of the operation, and the design concept of the operation. The reading system is composed of two aspects of the content of the system,and the difference between the reading and reading system. The third chapter is from the Tibetan and Chinese two sets of Chinese textbooks in the four systems of comparative analysis of Tibetan Chinese textbooks in the existing problems, and put forward the relevant construction advice and future prospects.
