| Chinese teaching is going through a bottleneck period where its function as a tool to get scores in exams is enlarged,but it lacks own key functions,such as concreteness,systematization and humanity.Besides,during the teaching process,procedural knowledge is absent and declarative knowledge is separated,broken and stylized.Eventually,all above lead to inefficient and expensive teaching results.Chinese teachers are very confused in this period.Meanwhile,students who want to study hard find it difficult to learn well;they are gradually tired of studying Chinese and turn to spend more time in other subjects which are easy to get high scores and bring them strong achievement in short hard study.Some phenomena frequently occur in Chinese studying,such as non-standard handwriting,vapid and ordinary oral expressions,practical writing with disordered format and deep reading without enough patience.Chinese teaching has aimed at educating and cultivating students by means of culture edification,which actually is nominal.In new Chinese curriculum reform in recent years,the scientificity of Chinese discipline has been being intensified.The reformation gets rid of something old and inappropriate including cutting and adding courses,and constant changes of teaching aims,teaching ideas and ways.It is necessary to seek for the substantive progress in Chinese teaching reform."Burden reduction" is on the contrary to add more burden to students;the reform changes its form while not its nature.The most efficient way to solve the problems is that stereotyped evaluation method is supposed to be amended and the teaching ideas ought to seek for change and breakthrough.The thesis tries to process interdisciplinary integration and selectively introduces established western linguistic theories and practical experience.First,the thesis fully respects the characteristics of Chinese language;secondly,it combines with and refers to good traditions in Chinese teaching;then,depending on the inherent features and laws of Chinese characters,it integrates the three kinds of characters’ beauty--the beauty in form,rhythmic beauty and beauty of implication to dig out and strengthen the beauty and charm of Chinese culture;finally,bring the characters’ beauty back to classroom by the efficient teaching methods:In class,teachers’teaching activities ought to arouse students’ feelings and bring fun to learning;in Chinese characters learning,students are supposed to be guided to master the rules of speech recognition and meaning distinction;on reading,combine chanting and appreciating;as for writing,students ought to be educated to express genuine feelings and show own characters.It’s expected that the spirit and belief of Chinese civilization will permeate our daily teaching and Chinese culture education will touch every student’s inner souls.I Sincerely hope that some ideas and methods in the thesis will contribute to the development of Chinese language. |
