According to the requirements of the new high school biology curriculum standard, the high school biology also put classroom teaching reform for improving students’ learning autonomy, the only way to improve students’ comprehensive quality in an all-round way. In recent years, our country started using guided learning in high school biology teaching case teaching mode, teachers with the help of biological learning case teaching, can reasonably control the classroom teaching of "teaching" and "learning", causes the student really to become host of the study.This article uses the interview method, questionnaire survey method, literature method and case study method, application of guided learning in high school biology teaching present situation investigation. Using the method of literature, through sorting data has been clear about the high school biology learning case teaching in the theoretical basis, using interview method, questionnaire method and case method from two aspects to teachers and students in the investigation. Interview and questionnaire statistics and the analysis results show that the learning case teaching mode, students’ learning efficiency, ability of autonomic learning and exploring ability are improved, students and teachers to the current case teaching is approved. Survey also found that students want the teacher used in recitation learning case teaching, the teacher is more used in the new lesson learning, more practice found should consider the students’ learning psychology, indeed the use of guided learning case teaching in recitation significantly improve student performance. It was also found that scores better in class learning case teaching, achieve better teaching effect. And puts forward corresponding Suggestions:learn case presentation, is the need to teacher’s elaborate design, also should be illustrated and improve sustainability; The teacher should give top priority to improve their teaching quality; Teachers must be good at communication with parents to supervise the student’s biological study and so on.Through the above research, the following conclusions were made:the high school biology learning case teaching, indeed has obtained the good teaching effect, although some problems, teachers will keep on to study case teaching, and to find ways to better use. Making the high school biology learning case teaching play a bigger role.
