In the era of Internet+, more and more information spread through pictures,images, videos and so on.Much more intuitive and faster made the images permeate in the areas of production and living. Reading ages is gradually replaced by the Map Reading ages. The compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard of 2011 version puts forward a new teaching concept, that the course contents reflect to the needs of the society, in the while, mathematics faces to all students and adapts to the needs of the development of students' personality. Under the impact of the new curriculum, the contents selection and pages design of elementary mathematics textbooks bring about great changes, especially in the primary grades' mathematics textbooks,which include a large number of bright colors and well-designed topic maps. The topic maps contain rich mathematical knowledge, various mathematical thought and methods, and also have the value of moral education. so they are the important education resources.Centering on effective teaching on mathematics topic maps of Primary Grades,this paper doing research from three aspects:First,analyzing to characteristic,classification, function values of the topic maps by literature analysis, in the while, Listing and counting mathematics thought and methods of the math textbooks(grade 2)of the new version of Beijing normal university and PEP by contrast analysis, in order to summarize writing characteristics and laws;Second,comprehending the students' recognized degree and understanding of the topic maps by questionnaire survey;third, learning about the teachers how to use topic maps in detail to find out any problems and accumulate some useful experience.This paper which aims to analyze the above problems puts forward to some effective teaching on mathematics topic maps of Primary Grades strategies. First of all, the teachers who should be based on objective and syllabus have systematic and holistic thinking and connotation to understand the topic maps; Secondly, it is necessary to definite classification of the topic maps because of different categories have a certain regularity, corresponding strategies according to different categories can interpret to mathematics, thought and methods better;Finally, the effective use of the topic maps must also be based on the learning situation of the students analysis.In addition, the effectiveness of the topic maps should also pay attention to the continuous improvement of the teaching materials and the exchange of scientific research and training.
