Increasing economic level in the development of today,firm development of wind and water,the scale of the CPA has become increasingly large.Although the accounting firm has the world's most advanced management methodology and practice cases,and have a relatively mature management system,but the high rate of brain drain is haunted even at the top of the head office of a cloud.This paper hopes to enhance the well-being of the CPA industry by understanding the reasons for the lack of well-being of the CPA industry,and proposed improvement measures,the firm can enhance the industry from the internal well-being,reduce the flow of talent.Enhance the well-being of certified public accountants can also promote the firm bigger and stronger,so fine to do.This paper introduces the research concept and method of the field of happiness,and explores the specific factors that affect the well-being of the CPA in the work context.There are related studies have shown that job satisfaction and performance are not strongly related,but happiness and performance are positively related.This study hopes to explore the specific factors,and to provide advice and guidance to the firm's management practices,the right medicine,to enhance the staff's work happiness and performance,improve the high loss of certified public accountants.This article through the preparation of "CPA group well-being of the status of the questionnaire" to the Beijing area of the CPA for the study of data collection.The questionnaire is divided into three parts: the basic information,the evaluation of the factors of work happiness,the evaluation of the importance of the factors of job well-being.Data analysis is mainly through the work of happiness factors in four aspects of the degree of experience were scored,and the data summary analysis to identify the factors that affect the well-being and the reasons for the subsequent policy recommendations to provide the basis.The final conclusion is that the CPA work happiness is a structure,which can be divided into: work identity,interpersonal interaction,work environment,self-value,remuneration,work-life balance.Their overall level of work happiness is high,in the above six dimensions,the CPA that more important is interpersonal interaction,self-worth and work identity.In the evaluation of specific areas,the CPA evaluation of self-worth is high,the evaluation of remuneration and work-life balance is low,and the evaluation scores of the other dimensions are in the middle.The above research results can be provided by the internal management and cultural construction of the firm.This study can make us aware of the CPA industry,the status of happiness and its specific structure.Attention to the importance of high evaluation factors to enhance the number of factors in the low sense of well-being experience to maintain a higher sense of well-being experience,and gradually enhance the happiness experience scores center.Try not to waste too much energy on what CPA think is not that important.The real people-oriented,the consultant as the company's most valuable asset to treat.
