Football is the world's first sport with high popularity and wide influence.However,there is a big gap between China's football level and the world's powerful countries.In FIFA's latest world ranking,Chinese men's football ranks 76th in the world and 7th in Asia.There has been no substantive breakthrough in recent years.As we all know,the improvement of football level must start from youth training,and the improvement of youth football level can not be separated from the nourishment of the soil of campus football.It is necessary to speed up the development of campus football through a series of system reforms and precise measures,and improve the level of football competition and international influence of our country.From April 2009,the "National Youth Campus Football Implementation Plan" was issued,to 2015,the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football",the state issued a series of guidelines and policies to promote the vigorous development of campus football,making clear that the first priority of campus football is to build morality and cultivate people.As a place for educating people,teachers play an extremely important role in the growth of students,especially in the process of improving football skills,teachers are also the main force.From 2014 to 2017,the Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted a survey of more than 20,000 different groups of people in characteristic schools of campus football all over the country,pointing out that there are many restrictive factors affecting the development of campus football in China,among which the lack of teachers is one of the important factors.Therefore,strengthening the construction of football teachers has become a hot issue of concern in current campus football.By means of literature,investigation,on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis,this study analyzed and studied the football teachers of 84 schools selected from the national list of football characteristic schools on campus in Yangzhou from 2015 to 201 8,including gender,age,educational background,learning background and continuing education.It also analyzed and studied the construction of the teaching staff of football characteristic schools on campus.This paper analyses the problems and puts forward some suggestions to provide reference for the macro-decision-making of local government departments.The results show that(1)The football teachers of Yangzhou campus football characteristic school have higher education background,mostly male teachers.In terms of the average number,the football teachers of Yangzhou campus football characteristic school basically meet the requirements of at least one football special physical education teacher in each school,but in terms of the regional distribution of the officially prepared teachers and the number of football special physical education teachers in the officially prepared teachers,the football teachers fail to meet the standards,and the number of young teachers is small,which is in line with the personnel recruitment system of Yangzhou city There is an association.(2)The composition of football teachers in Yangzhou campus football characteristic school is mainly a diversified pattern of combination of formal establishment and external employment.The external teachers play a major role in the training of the school team,and the results of leading the team are significant,but the structure of football teachers is unstable,there are hidden dangers of teacher loss,and the treatment problem is an important factor affecting the structure of teachers(3)At present,the professional level of football teachers in Yangzhou campus football characteristic school is not strong,mainly reflected in the level of athletes,referees and coaches is not high,and the teaching years are long,the number of elective football teachers is small.However,the achievement of sports competition results is mainly related to the teaching years,elective projects and coaches' grades of football teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of professional level of football teachers(4)Most football teachers participate in the training,but the recognition of the training is not high,which is reflected in the limitations of the training courses and the training system needs to be improved.Recommendation:(1)Innovating the talent selection mechanism,increasing the scale of teachers'introduction,matching the quota of football special teachers as soon as possible,broadening the channels of teachers' introduction,and introducing professional football external teachers through clubs,football professional teams,sports colleges and universities(2)Strengthen the supervision of the special funds of football on campus,ensure that the funds are used exclusively;increase the proportion of the funds received by the basic football teachers in the special funds of football on campus;improve the salary,welfare and Professional Title Treatment of football teachers.(3)Pay attention to the selection and training of professional teachers,and accelerate the speed of teachers' upgrading.(4)Training units should establish and improve a systematic training system,expand the scale and coverage of training,and meet the needs of football teachers to the greatest extent;carry out training at different levels,focus on key points,content should be practical,and conduct in-depth and comprehensive assessment of the trainees,so as to improve the quality of training and enable teachers to improve their professional skills and theoretical level in a limited time.
