Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities,with the arrival of the popularization stage of higher education in our country,how to constantly expand the enrollment and ensure the quality of teaching has become an important task for higher education in the new era.In order to meet the needs of economic and social development,cultivate a more solid professional knowledge of the basic theory and master the professional core competence of senior technical personnel,Application-based undergraduate came into being.How to adapt to social needs and ensure the quality of personnel training is a problem for this profession.Teaching quality standard is the basis and premise to guarantee the quality of teaching.The development and implementation of professional teaching quality standard can make the teaching quality management from the illusory,free and changeable to the standardization,systematization and institutionalization.And the teaching quality guarantee system is the foundation to assurance and improve the teaching quality,there is no scientific and standardized teaching quality guarantee system,teaching quality standard can only stay in writing and verbally,not really implement.Therefore,the establishment of professional teaching quality standards and teaching quality guarantee system is an important condition to improve the quality of higher education.Based on the national standard of logistics management and engineering specialty,combining the feature of applied undergraduate education,according to current situation of applied logistics management undergraduate teaching quality,this paper develops and designs the teaching quality standard and teaching quality guarantee system,to promote the developed work of teaching quality standards in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,and the quality of higher education to further enhance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter introduces the background,the purpose and the significance of the study,and collects relevant literature and data,grasp the domestic and foreign research dynamic,define the core concepts,clear research ideas and research methods.The second chapter mainly analyzes the basic characteristics of applied undergraduate education from the value orientation,curriculum setting,personnel training process and talent evaluation.This paper argues that its value orientation should highlight the sociality and professionalism,meet the social demand is talent-oriented.The curriculum setting should emphasize professional and practical,increase the professional practice class hours,highlight cultivate the practical operation ability of students.Personnel training relies on the industry and enterprises,university-industry cooperation as the main training patterns.Talent evaluation outstanding diversified,the main evaluation method is Formative evaluation,pay more attention to the evaluation of students' ability,Stress that full-time teachers,internship teachers and employers to participate the process of evaluation.The third chapter is about the present teaching quality situation of applied logistics management undergraduate professional.First discusses the teaching quality of applied logistics management undergraduate professional,and then investigates the situation of teaching quality of logistics management specialty in C university.It is found that the quality of logistics management specialty in C university has the following problems: attention to the content of the training objectives,neglect the learning of students for training objectives;attention to the general English learning,ignore the cultivation of professional English ability;more theory class hours and less practice class hours.ignore the extracurricular counselling,less extracurricular exchanges between teachers and students;the number of professional teachers is too small,lack of part-time teachers and young teachers;teaching facilities are not complete,lack of teaching funds and so on;teaching facilities are not complete,lack of teaching funds and so on.The fourth chapter elaborates the development process of the teaching quality standard of the applied logistics management undergraduate professional.Based on the analysis and interpretation of the national standard of logistics management and engineering specialty,this paper compares the differences between the national standard and the applied undergraduate teaching quality standard.And puts forward that in setting up the professional teaching quality standard,we should establish the correct teaching quality Concept,according to the school-running orientation of Applied undergraduate colleges and universities and follow the relevant principles.Finally,develop the framework system of teaching quality standard of the applied logistics management undergraduate professional.The fifth chapter discusses the design of teaching quality guarantee system of the applied logistics management undergraduate professional.This paper constructs a set of teaching quality guarantee system both inside and outside the school from teaching management,training objectives,teachers,teaching conditions,curriculum construction and teaching evaluation and feedback.
