The ministry of education revised the latest《The student management regulation in institutions of higher education》points out: building up a flexible education system and stipulating the longest school period specially for the students who have remained off school or decided to start their own business,allowing the college to set up the flexible study system and put it into practice.The regulations conform to the new characteristics of higher education in the epoch and reflect that our country is developing flexible education system rapidly at the foundation of the credit’ system.The flexible education system considering the condition of our country gives more rights to the students in the college period,which makes them arranging their learning time and life time more reasonably.It conforms to the people-oriented principle and teaching according to student’s aptitude.The system is advantageous to cultivate innovative talents.This paper researches the flexible system by the approaches of literature survey,theory analysis,comparative analysis and its content can be divided into five parts.The first part is to introduce the definition,characteristics and investigation status at present of the system.In this paper,the author thinks that the flexible educational system is a kind of teaching management system which is based on the system of course selection,tutor system and credit scoring system.The students’ school life is based on the standard years,to allow students to complete their studies in different stages,as long as the students obey the guidance of the teaching plan and complete all the credits including the compulsory and elective credits within the flexible learning period.After they are qualified,they can apply for degree and be allowed to graduate.During the studying period,students can choose their own specialty,teachers,learning process and the appropriate courses from different departments and colleges by themselves.The second part is about the correlative theoretical basis of Economics.With the service consumption theory and management theory of higher education,it proves that the system can serve students better from the perspective of Economics.The third part is about the guiding significance of implementing the system by analyzing its modes,characters and the mode of education management of the developed countries.The forth part and fifth part are the key parts.The forth part is about the change of giving the rights about learning content and learning method to the students,what’s more,the needs of the system in our country is also analyzed in this part.With the rapid development of economy and society in china,the traditional mode of development is not sustainable.Innovation has become the key points of our economical development.In order to cope with changes of social economy,the colleges must change the traditional training mode of the talents,to meet the needs of society;the needs of the students are not only limited to have the opportunity to receive the service of higher education,but will pay more attention to educational service quality and management level,the degree of government,various public facilities,scholarships and so on.They will take a variety of teaching management ways to protect their interests.Corresponding to the diversification of the consumption demand of education,the form and structure of higher education service should be followed up.The students’ personality is constantly increasing,and the flexible educational system just follows the individual differences,so as to achieve individualized development.By implementing the flexible system,promoting students’ comprehensive physical and mental development,which can cultivate various types of innovative talents for the needs of social development.the reform of the management system of flexible educational system in Colleges is discussed in the fifth part.in order to promote the realization of flexible educational system and the personalized development of students learning requirements,this paper discuss it through the adjustment of teaching management mechanism,from the following respects,the teaching management structure,the configuration of the education resources,the evaluation of teaching quality and the changes of the management style of colleges. |
